I wanted to rent an apartment within walking distance from École polytechnique. This one is actually very close, but because of the steep hill, it's still better to drive than to walk.

A quiet apartment with comfortable beds, amazing terrace, and great views. You can get to the centre of Paris by car in about 30 minutes.

Difficult access (but this was announced), automatic software handling obliged to make a guarantee deposit even if terms of contract explicitly states Booking client do not need to do,that! If you are tall like me, mind your head. You are under the roof.

Bedroom store was broken so was woken up early in the morning on both nights of our stay. The handrail + shoe furniture was not properly fastened to the wall. You book via Booking but then need to complete a separate registration process through the property management company including ID scan and Credit card info for the deposit + sign a short-term rental agreement. You also receive many notifications from this App to remind you of departure time, arrival time, .... Quite a pain and unusual when using booking.

New renovated apartment. Good location to get to the train. Easy to park in the streets nearby.

Not many options to buy groceries nearby, no cafes or restaurants nearby. Lack of cleaning tools (eg. broom).

Quiet area and very nice terrace with a view. Closeby market open on wednesdays and saturdays.

The floor is marble so it is not comfortable to walk even though it looks super nice.so I recommend taking slippers with you. The shower can run out of hot water for 2nd person, so keep that in mind. There is also a fire alarm and would go off after frying something, even though the door is open (not sure why). On the balcony you are connected with the neighbouring flat so you’re sharing the garden. It is a bit too far from the centre (zone 4, so regular Paris public ticket won’t work to reach here). Would be a nice addition to have a washing machine! Those are just small things, The rest was great!

The apartment is amazing! I really liked the fact that it had two rooms (bedroom and living room). It has almost everything that you need. The heating is adjustable in both of the room separately and it is not cold inside in winter. The owner took care of everything (towels, shampoo, cooking oil, salt, etc. were provided) so we did not have to buy such things for a short stay. There is a washing machine and a TV! The balding looks perfect!

Cannot fault the apartment or facilities. Great contact from the booking company (although the 1000 euro deposit was unexpected through booking.com - just did on credit card as a held payment so shouldn't actually ever pay it).

Absolutely stunning apartment. We had the ground floor, 2 bed and it was lovely. Huge space for a family of 4 and amazing views from the large terrace. 5 mins walk down to the train station (more like 10 back up!) But well worth it and only 30 mins into Central Paris. Wish we had stayed longer.

Its not an issue but must have all basic needs such as groceries before staying.

Although everything is very good, for a place that is quite far from the center and transport is not very close, the need of a clothes washing machine is really good and need to have, and an electric oven to cook something is also good to have. They are very helpful mainly for families.

The comfort and security of the city. The view is wonderful.
