Air-con could have been more powerful, room got a little warm.

Super convenient location and the staff were lovely. Hotel is across from a main station and above the metro lines 4, 7 and 9. Very accommodating to our early morning check in. Room had everything needed, mini bar and snacks were an extra price so didn't use, but the room it self was nice. We had two single beds which were very comfortable and warm, the shower was massive and there was plenty of light.

-Rooms are quite small, but worth it for a one or two night stay.

-Breakfast was plentiful and tasteful. -Convenient location to Paris Est train station and local shops and eateries. -Very clean and modern interior amenities.

nothing from me, i needed sth that is as close to Euro star Paris station as possible i already preferred NH brand and that the staff team was spectacular, they were one of the warmest, most helpful and kindest whilst my travel throughout Europe and the States

i felt that staff being welcoming upon check-in really made a difference for me before booking, i already was aware that it is located on a Main Street across from large stations and that it is not the newest facilities around the neighborhood so take into consideration noise from outside the building, and the size of the room however, these do not bother me and i didn’t want to spend more on sth else

Loved this hotel from the moment we entered. Reception staff were extremely helpful, everywhere spotlessly clean, room was a good size. Really comfortable bed and pillows too. Excellent location with main station across the road and tube entrances outside. Good choice of places to eat all around the immediate area.

The coffee items aren’t automatically refilled every day if you choose to not have your room cleaned. Its not a five star hotel but it served its purpose of a clean place to sleep.

The location is perfect. It felt like we were locals and the bus into the tourist areas was right across the street.

No WiFi for 2 days and I still had to finish stuff for my work. Very annoying! The sofa where the children were sleeping on was making lots of noise each time they were moving. Too expensive for the accommodation/services you got. The soap was empty in 2 dispensers at the same time so not an excellent job here either!

the room was smaller than in the pictures there was no internet . wifi was not working for the whole 3 days one of the receptionist refused to charge my phone or try to see if there is an charger. after we insist and then he charged in the bar there was no body serving until we have to go and look for the responsible

Very nice and friendly personnel. The security and reception was welcoming and provided excellent service. I loved the attention to my two year old girl. The breakfast had all amenities for toddlers: high chair, plastic dishes & cutlery and drawing crayons and booklet.
