Comfortable and clean . Hotel is in walking distance for everything . 20 min walk to promenade at tops plenty to see along the way . Nice villa station is just round the corner . That was handy for our day trips to Eze, Monaco and Antibes.

Room is basic (not very big) but correct. Bathroom is small but very good and clean and comfy; with a superb shower, good soap and nice big & thick towels. Good location with swift walking connection to main areas of town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great option if you don't need anything fancy, still want decent yet affordable. Good to know there is carpet in the room, so best to bring slippers!

Some streets around the hotel are a bit dodgy, but it’s often the case with hotels near a central train station. Be alert when walking around the hotel. On the photos the room seems a lot bigger, but in reality it’s a lot smaller and different than what it seems on the photos. Toilet paper is located at the back of the toilet on the wall and it’s locked, so can’t be moved. It was a bit inconvenient to use. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Lobby is quite small so bear in mind in case planning to wait there after check out.

Very close to the train station (to explore nearby cities) and to the tram stop (to explore within Nice itself). AC functions well in the room both for cold or warm temperatures. Bed is really nice and comfy. They offer a place to store luggage after check out. They offer a safe and mini fridge in the room. Shower head was big and water pressure was nice! Staff in the reception were always very friendly.

I think the paint on the small closet and a few things in the bathroom requires refurbishing or a bit of modernisation. All of those are still usable, though. The wifi signal is not that strong even the mobile data signal in my room is weak.

It is amazing that the hotel is centrally located and a few steps from the restaurants, shops, laundromat and train station.

Water was leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom, but the receptionist handled it very quickly and let us move to another room without issues. I found the shampoo and the body soap that was given to us a bit too little.

The hotel is close to everything: 5 minutes away from the station of Nice-Ville and 10 from the Jean Médecin metro station. Also very close to Avenue Jean Médecin which leads to the Promenade des Anglais. The staff was really nice and the room very clean. The bathroom was also well-equipped. Overall it was a very nice stay and really good value for the service that was offered.

You can see that some of the equipment is already worn out, but at this price you won't find anything better.

Very good location, right in the center. The price is adequate to the hotel standard. Nice staff, you can leave your luggage after checking out. I recommend.

There is not A/C... I was burning hot in the room and trying to sleep and work while sweating was hard
