Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI upgraded our room to have a view of the river, but we were given a room that was directly behind a large neon green building, so it blocked the view and we woke up to a very bright light each morning.
The atmosphere of the hotel is very cool, the staff were all very helpful and kind - always available. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed the outdoor patio on the 1st floor.

Trendy style which seemed well considered. Comfy beds, lots of charging points and good lighting options (very important). Decent showers, too.

ItalySole negative notes from the receptionist and the room. On arrival, despite the fact that I had booked three different rooms and given each one the name of the guest, the reception did not take this into account and gave the rooms out randomly. Of course at that point I could not, out of etiquette, replace my room with that of one of my clients and so I slept on the side of the hotel facing the railway. This side is quite noisy despite being on the fourth floor. Last note, I found a dirty pillow.

JapanBreakfast was not good value for money. 18eur for a limited buffet and drip coffee.. While located near a renovated area with a shopping mall, the hotel itself is at the very end of the area. Hotel staffs warned us to not park our car outside near the hotel due to the risk of burglaries. It feels inconvenient and unsafe.

Spainhaving to pay 25€ for 2h late check out when you already booked a 200€ stay this is not a hostel …. and it’s sunday. also not allowing in the restaurant to take a buratta to the room but pizza ok but only 3 types available… why do you care if you allow it overall which type of pizza it is ???

GermanyThe hotel is located a bit far from the center and there is almost no difference between the time when walking or using public transport. However, the walk to the center along the river is really nice. Parking is very expensive (50€/24h) and there are no cheaper options close by.
The hotel has a nice vibe and the staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, yet a surprising design.
