I could not find any English channels on TV. Slow Internet. It was difficult to find parking space in the street. The hotel garage was full on the day of my arrival.

The hotel is well located although not in the city centre. The room was very spacious and well equipped. It.met.my expectations.

Weak Internet, Washing machine not working, needs more light in the garage. Would be nice to have more english TV channels, with internet connection, and that all the staff could speak a bit more English.

As we only stayed for 6 nights we did not qualify to have our room cleaned by the hotel. There was nothing for us to use to sweep the floor through or clean the bathroom and the bins were not emptied at all.There was an unpleasant drains smell from the toilet, we bought an air freshener to try to combat this. There a sponge provided for the washing up, this was well used and dirty, although they did replace it when we asked them to. The washing up liquid provided had not been refilled, both these ran out during our stay

The location was good, we were about a 10 minute walk from the main centre.The staff were friendly. The room was a good size with very plain decor, although a little tired, there was a dent in the bathroom door. The kitchenette was more than adequate for our needs.

We stayed for 7 ,nights and would have liked a towel change after 3/4 nights.

Great value for money. Although apartments are basic in terms of style they are very comfortable and clean. Very spacious also, handy kitchenette in the room with sink, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave. Staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful. Good location within 10/15 minutes walk of the city centre.

Quite odd localisation of 'kitchen" inside a closet. Lack of waredrobe by the entry, only at the very end corner of the room.

Quite spacious cantine (I got breakfast included option), standard european meal + local specials (cheese, bakery, yogurth), tasty juices and fresh coffee :-), spacious bathroom.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel smelled fabulous throughout. Everything you would need was in the room. Shower was powerful. Short walk to centre but restaurants and bars around. Lidl close also. Secure parking. Very dog friendly

Everything was good,maybe leave an extra toilet roll ,but that being picky to make it perfect 👌🏽

Although the bed was comfortable to use it was awkward that they would move as we were getting into bed / into a position. The freezer could not freeze the water for the ice tray. The washing machine was broken on the Monday when I had a pile of clothes to I wanted done but it was OK, the lady at reception gave us directions to the nearest launderette and a free pod / tablet

Shower was warm in bathroom, bright lights. Kitchen unit was well set up with lots of space for storing food and the crockery and saucepans were good use. The beds were fairly comfy. I also loved using the machines in the fitness suite every other morning. To save money, we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel every day but the selection on offer when we did have breakfast was very good indeed, coffee machine, a mixture of pastries, cereal, yoghurt, also eggs and sausages. Staff were helpful and friendly

I always worry when I need to park on the street.

I’ve stayed here before, so knew where to park and get food. The member of staff on duty when I arrived early was very pleasant and helpful.
