Two things, I would have appreciate scrambled eggs and a hair dryer not fixed in the wall.

We only had 1 night there and wanted to be near the Eiffel Tower. Also a fast ride to Orly airport

The staff is kind and caring. I didn’t want to go into the small lift. While I walked the 4 flights up, They took up my luggage.

Excellent quiet location, 10-15 minutes walks to Eiffel Tower. Room was a bit small compare to the other Paris hotel. But very clean and had powerful AC. Breakfast was average nothing great. But the lady(Jessica) who works at the breakfast station was extremely friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was amazing. The staff were so warm and welcoming especially the lady on the front desk. We arrived before 3 and instead of palming us off to come back at check-in time she made effort to see if our room was ready early (which it was). The location is amazing and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room we were staying in. Great restaurants and facilities in the area. Already planning another trip back and will hands down stay here. Thanks for everything 11/10.

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The lady at reception (Christine?) was a delight. So friendly, cheerful and helpful. Very welcoming lady. Only about 12 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower

Passy Eiffel was just perfect for our stay of 5 nights. It was in walking distance to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The train station was a couple of minutes down the road and we worked out the trains quickly, Paris is the easiest train system to work out. We got a Navigo card and was able to jump on and off trains to go everywhere. There were a couple of great restaurants just down the road and a wonderful bakery a couple of doors down. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Room #1 for my wife and I was way too small, barely enough room to walk around the bed which occupied most to the room. Musty smell when we moved in, needed airing. Elevator very small.

Great.Location. Quiet, walkable (~20 mins) to Eiffel Tower - we did this several times. Did not try Metro, used Taxis. Reception very helpful and booked taxis on request. Booked two rooms, room #2 (son/wife) was good size, good bathroom and seemed to have been redecorated

The passy eiffel is a elegant hotel we stayed for 2 days for our wedding anniversary the staff are very polite and nothing was to much trouble for them we are planning to come back to Paris for Christmas and we will always be coming back to passy thank you to all the staff you were amazing ...

The rooms could’ve been bigger. The shower doors didn’t close completely.

The location was right down the street from the Eiffel Tower and very close to shops and eateries. The breakfast selection the hotel provided was great.

No refrigerator. The room is small, but I think a fridge could be tucked away in the closet.

Professional reception, very clean, beautiful interior courtyard and solarium perfect for reading or having a drink. Honor bar off the lobby. Eight minute walk to the Trocadero which has stunning views of the Eiffel Tower.
