Lovely hotel, firendly stuff. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Lovely breakfast and great style of the room.

Firstly, I like the location of the hotel. It's situated in a lovely neighborhood, quiet and not too many tourists in the area. A nice market (Marche) and a supermarket (Monoprix) within walking distance of the hotel, also there are a few restaurants in the area to dine in. The size of the room was just nice for me and my wife and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping team did a good job maintaining the cleanliness of the room during our stay.

Location was great: accessible to train and within walking distance to shops and places to eat- and the ET! The hotel staff were very polite and spoke English which was much appreciated. Room was a good size and clean; and bathroom and decor were modern. Will definitely stay there again.

I didn’t like that a deposit have been taking which made me in a shortage of money I expected that I’d complete the amount which was taking from booking app but i end up paying extra and against my plans, i haven’t got the taking deposit yet Plus i had to pay more for a slippers!

I would have liked a room on a higher floor to maybe see thr eiffel tower. Our air conditioner didn't cool our room. there was no tv channels in english but news.

Cleanliness! They tidy the room everyday but did not change bed sheets nor the changed towels and I had to keep asking for toilet paper!

The room was so small we could barely walk around the bed, there was no where to put our suitcases so we could barely move.

On our 2nd day of the stay, our pass card was turned off Also it would be nice if you had instruction of shower, phone in room, and electricity card instructions or at desk explain the instructions to us people from USA not used to these type of accommodations Just trying to help

I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. I was given a room that was not cleaned. I asked for another one. To which, the administrator said that he would go and check and if the room was not cleaned, he would send me to another hotel. I replied that on condition that they pay for the taxi. He refused and replied that if I don’t like something, I can go to another hotel. Very upset with this service. He didn't even apologize. In the end he gave me a room in the same hotel. I don't understand why the service is so bad.

Not a bad location. There are many local shops nearby and great shopping. Nearby is the Elphel Tower and a great place to take a walk.

The lift was broken so I could not have my room . I was given another room and my daughter another room. It was a celebration so being in separate rooms was rubbish. So we only got 1 day in the room. Asked for twin beds. We got twin beds but they were made as 1. So only 1 duvet. Then on the last day. Our room was infested with ants. All over the bed and in our bags. They sent housekeeping up all se did was laugh. So not a good stay. And I'm disabled.

I do believe that for the price we paid it was not a great value to not have breakfast included. You also couldn't confirm an Eiffel Tower view and again for the price we paid I wish we could confirm that. In many other hotels you can select and pay for the specific room you want. We got lucky but I would have been very disappointed had we not.

This hotel was very nice and well appointed. It was very clean and was decorated so well. We had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and overall we loved the hotel and area and I would stay again.

Room was tiny! I'm 4'8" and barely fit in shower. A full size bed, one pillow, one blanket, no coffee machine or tea bags, wanted to charge extra for everything, couldn't even get water. Beggars on streets outside, tiny elevator, door not very secure. Should have either a dead bolt on door or at least a chair with a back tall enough to fit under door knob. Did not feel safe in room.

The breakfast was very basic and was not what we were expecting. The facilities were quite basic.

The location was very good as we were pretty central for all the parts we wanted to explore. The team were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was cool and not too hot.

There was no water bottles provided in the room . When we asked for additional tea bags in the room, front desk staff looked at us as if we asked them to donate their kidneys. We booked a Double room but we were given a Twin room when we checked in. It was turned into a double room next day. Bathrooms was good but a bit small. Front desk staff was very straight faced, barely a smile on their faces to greet guests.

Loved the location of the hotel, close to trains and Eiffel but a bit of a walk to other attaractions. Hotel was very clean and the housekeeping was very good at ensuring that the rooms were made by the time guests are back in the evening, to get comfortable in the room.

The breakfast was good, but i think they need more staff, when they have more guests. The room was good, clean, basic. In the lobby you have some drinks, and this is very good if you need something for drink.
