I don't recommend the hotel restaurant.

It's right in the centre of town, but there are nice views of the mountains. The balcony is a bonus if you get a room facing west. Breakfast is better than average. There's a fair selection of beer at the bar.

A little bit dry in the room. We slept with a cup of water beside the bed as a humidifier, and it helps a lot for dryness especially in the throat.

The perfect location, the nice staffs and spacious and clean room. The bed is so comfortable. The price is reasonable.

I'd love it if the bar stocked the local beers, be it the Big Mountain or Brewery du Mont Blanc (both lovely drinks) rather than generic Heineken larger and other IPAs.

Great location, clean rooms, fantastic staff, decent menu in the bar and sensible money for the rooms and food. I've stayed in countless places in Chamonix in the past, but now default here, whether coming solo or with family.

Very basic rooms, overpriced compared to other hotels. The location means from 9pm until at least midnight you will have loud music played from pubs/clubs around it, along with all the noise the people going to and leaving those venues make.

A nice central location, which is also it’s downfall. Too close to busy clubs and noise if you’re there to relax and not party. The staff did change rooms for us, but to no benefit.

We stayed in the double summit with balcony and mountain view room and it was perfect! View from the balcony was amazing and the hotel was right in the centre, so walking distance everywhere. The staff were lovely, couldn’t fault anything

Besides trying to do an early check-in and late checkout in advance, the hotel personnel was always unhelpful and not caring for the client comfort. Probably they are short on cleaning personal so they need to put you out of the rooms at 10am and let in only on 4pm. If you stay only a day it will have only 18 hours of room. Besides that, the shower design its a major fail and makes no sense. And the bathroom has almost no place to put your stuff on.

The bar in the lobby is nice & The shower service on the 1st floor helps.

The gym was a little basic, no treadmill but understandable as who wouldn’t want to go for a run outside with those views!

Incredible location in the centre of Chamonix. You literally walk out the front doors up one street (2 mins slow walk) and are in the centre. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel overall is amazing! The bar is really reasonably priced too. We didn’t get parking at the hotel (unfortunately it wasn’t available) but there are plenty of car parks located near the hotel at a very reasonable price ( we parked at a car park about a 5 min walk, for €19.50 for 24 hrs in the centre of Chamonix)

room was very small for two people . could not pass each other at end of bed. no international news TV channels for a four night stay the room was way too small. quite uncomfortable experience. tried to upgrade to a suite room but none available. only 1 small lift so wait times were sometimes long. parking quite expensive.
