United KingdomFirstly the new Tram line is being installed and it makes the access to the hotel a nightmare!!! also the hotel is attached to the back of 3 star hotel so you cant see it from the road. We booked a double room and were given a twin, i told the reception and they said it is booking.com's fault/issue, so we have sent a compliant but so far not a word from booking.com??

United Kingdomit was a bit tired and the pillows in the room were absolutely awful. had a very bad night sleep on them. we went to eat in the restaurant but the greeting we received from the waitress was non-existent and upon seating us we were left with no menu or anything for over 5 minutes (the restaurant was near enough empty). no local amenities.
the receptionist was friendly and the room was clean. bed wasn’t uncomfortable

Czech RepublicBlood spots on the blankets and walls - later we realized that it is from mosquitoes - there are really a lot of mosquitoes there! (because of the pond nearby the hotel). Shower was a little bit disaster - very small space in it, hot water still changed with cold one (all the time, it was really unpleasant and I burned myself once). There is also only a curtain in the shower - that was also anoying. The receptionists were not very kind. It takes them quite a long time to respond to you when you need some help (via chat), sometimes they do not answer at all.
Good location close to the airport (20 minutes by walk), direct bus to the city centre. Good mattress in beds (harder, which I also prefer). 24 hours reception in the next door hotel. The hotel has air conditioning (it is needed as there are a lot of mosquitos outside and you cannot open the window even during a day). The personnel speak English.

United StatesAt a loss for words, and not in a good way. I’ll try to make this as short as possible, but it won’t be. This review has 2 parts, the first is the condition of the hotel and the second part is the scam that I received from it. 1st part, the hotel condition: Upon entering the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong. It was as if someone had just smoked in there! That’s just the beginning. I’m a lover of bugs, but so many in one room? Not to worry, not cockroaches or bedbugs, but many many many spiders and little flies (spider food.) Lots of cobwebs with little spiders near the bed, etc. Remember, this is upon entrance. I had not opened a window or even set my stuff down and the flies were chillin’ atop the ceiling. Sat my stuff down and went to use the bathroom, holy sh1t, literally. Someone did NOT clean the toilet bowl brush and it was clear to me as soon as I’d entered. No picture to see, sorry. Sat down at the desk to be greeted by a nice dried vomit-like stain on the curtain followed by several other little splattered ones. See picture. Bathroom is moldy and unsafe for ANYONE, see. The. damn. pictures. I almost badly injured myself in the shower due to (see the picture) their horrible installed shower drain that my foot fell into mid-soaping. INJURED. I could have badly injured myself, the scratch against my foot upon catching was painful. I’m a fit 20-something woman, I’d hate to see someone with any physical ailments in this predicament. No plugs near the beds either, so the closest plug was in the bathroom if I wanted to have my phone alarm nearby. The vending machine doesn’t work, naturally, not that you’d want to eat much after staying in a room like mine. I wouldn’t stay here if I was offered for free, truly. Pay the 60 euros or whatever for a better place. 2nd part, the scam: This was the start to my lovely welcoming. I was given the original hotel address first via booking.com, but then received a ‘response’ with a different addr

United Kingdomstaff were unsure times of when the shuttle would run. we had an early morning flight and ended up walking 30 mins with heavy luggage since there wasn’t a taxi available for us either. not the fault of the staff though, I just think that an airport hotel should provide shuttle timetable

Irelandwarning - there is no lock on bedroom windows, we were on 4th floor with small children and windows open like a door, no way of keeping them open for some air safetly…extremely dangerous, could not sleep with the worry. Was in two different rooms and window same in both. also rooms was to be ready at 2pm still was not available at 3pm, not good for checkin with tired family. no apology from staff
we liked the garden next door, the bar and the breakfast is ok.
