The room was sold as 3 singles, when in fact it was 2 small singles & a bunk bed over the top of the beds. The room was far too small, even for 2 persons. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels & the en-suite was adequate. The hotel was situated conveniently for the main railway station.

Great location: train city and restaurant. Staff very helpful. However, given its location and facilities it isn’t a quiet place to sleep. Very good for a quick stopover and popular with large groups.

Very small room - but that was all I needed. If staying for more than a few nights, find a larger space.

The reception almost let me pay my room twice when I checked in, that was not a pleasant start. Also the price of the room was quite high compared with the room itself (no fridge, bad shower). Also when the window is open in the night, you will hear a lot of trains. The room was clean happily and the personnel was kind.

Tiny space, and a bit noisy if you open the window as the room is close to the rail line.

There wasn’t much to dislike, possibly going next door for breakfast but then the breakfast selection was pretty good

The room was much smaller than advertised. The only place we could open our suitcases was in the doorway or on the bed. The shower didn’t drain very well at all; we had to stop and start the shower so it didn’t flood.

Good location to the train station. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and modern.

Some side of the hotel is close to the Lyon part deau rail track. It can be noisy when the train are passing until 11 pm.

Miserable woman on reception.the 'restaurant' was a vrt noisy pub next door. Will not stay there again.

Size of the room. Good for a short weekend stay but it may feel too small for longer stays.

Location. Not very central but with proximity to the train station, as we needed to connect easily with the airport and LDLC Arena, where we were going for a concert.

The room was a bit small, but it was not an issue for us. And some times we could hear the traffic from the window, but that didn't bother us too much either.

Checking in and out were very simple and quick. We got in late and it was not an issue at all. Check out was just dropping off the key card, so it was very quick. The best part was how close the hotel was to the train station, Lyon Part Dieu, because we had an early train to catch.

no hairdryer in the room so you'll need to deposit some cash to borrow one

it's close to the train station and not far from everything else the room and bathroom are clean staff are nice

Really little rooms. My room officially was for 2 people but I cannot imagine both of them in this space even they would be very slim fit. Dirty grey glass window with train rails view. And the known sounds from Gare Part Dieu. For me thats fine, I love trains but I just would like to warn. Elevators look like from tower block of flats somewhere outskirt of Minsk in Belarus - shabby, dirty and neglected. Breakfast was very good (outside of the hotel, next building). The staff was really nice, caring and helpful with modest. And! Awesome working people in restaurant, even if some of them didn't spoke English - the atmosphere was great.

The room was decent size but can hear people in the other room - and the bathroom could do with more cleaning - I did not like the breakfast - I had better ones and the choices were minimal
