Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Just a few mins walk from the train & tram station including the airport tram, the hotel is in a great location if you're looking to travel around the city. Various bus lines also operate just round the corner & there are two subway stations nearby, each around 10 minutes away. As the hotel is open 24/7, there is no need to worry about check-in times either. Check-in was easy peasy & there is a lift to the upper floors. Hallways are reasonably wide & well lit, the card key system works well & rooms are generously sized for the price. Upper floor rooms get a decent view across the city too. The beds are a little harder than I'm used to but I still got a good sleep. The whole place is also decorated in such a way that it looks nice without loads of bright colours or paintings. I was pretty impressed with the whole setup considering the rating & price. They also offer breakfast but I didn't go for it, choosing a local patisserie instead. I would definitely consider staying here again, just for the convenience if nothing else

United StatesThe hotel is very close to the train station so it was easy to take the Rhônexpress to the airport. It's also near a large mall with a food court in case you need any last-minute items. It's a 20-40 minute walk to some other tourist areas, but they're all walkable or easily reachable by bus or train. The staff was very polite and we paid an additional 10 euro for breakfast one morning. That consisted of many breads, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs and more.

GermanyNothing bad to remark, nothing excelent neither to remark. Good.
It was clean, a bit small but for the price you pay it's more than enough. We stayed one night as stop between a long trip from Germany to Spain and it is enough for it.

RomaniaWe saw in the pictures it’s a small room, but somehow in reality was even smaller 😅. But for one night it was ok. Also bring some earplugs, the walls are vrey thin. Breakfast could be improved, there was nothing warm like an omlette, only few cold stuff
The girl from the reception is an angel. We were super tired due to a night bus transfer so she managed to find us a room for an early check-in

United KingdomThe 'water saving' style of shower was a bit annoying. I choose location to catch an early train but for a city break you would probably want to stay in centre.
Friendly staff, near station, clean and comfortable. Basic but what you would expect for a 2*star, possibly better.

ArmeniaThe room was very basic and very small. The bed is big and comfortable, but there was no space for clothes, even for using your suitcase laid and opened. Anyway, it's manageable if you don't stay for long (we had 3 nights and small suitcases, and it was ok).
The location is good, near the main train station, and you can reach the city center easily by bus, tram or M, or walk half an hour, but there is no sightseeing on your way to the center, so it's better to use a public transport. The bed is big and comfortable, and there is a small "table". There is no kettle in the room but you can use one in the lobby, where you can also find a microwave. You can also use filtered water from the lobby. We could check in earlier, and you can also store your luggage. The hairdryer is available from the lobby, you will need to deposit 20 eur for using for one hour and they will return when you bring it back (for me it was ok).

South AfricaThe rooms are relatively small, would not recommend a long stay, depending on your amount of luggage. One average sized bag and a backpack foreach of 2 travellers in a room, nearly takes up all walking space around the beds.
It is quite close to the train station, and it’s not too far from the shops (mall/ centre for a variety of food, activities etc). Small rooms, but clean and with everything you need.
