Rooms are small but you get what you pay for!

Good air con, comfortable beds, dark quiet rooms. I wasnt expecting such a good restful sleep in such a cheap hotel. Rooms are tiny but comfortable. Big mall nearby with everything you could need. We stayed here after Disney and all slept like the dead!

Room too small for double bed. The bathroom is so tiny that it would be very difficult to use if you had mobility issues. Difficult to change channels on TV.

Proximity to RER train station & car parking. Friendly staff & breakfast available!

Our room just needed a bit more natural light but otherwise was comfortable. Could've done with a kettle in our room.

Customer communication was really good and the staff all exceptionally helpful. Good choice of breakfast and dinner provided and reasonably priced.

The room was extremely small. The toilet was so shall that even toilets on cruises are bigger. It's a bit rich that the hotel calls itself "premiere classe"! At the time of checking in, staff told that the counter is open 24/7. However, at the time of checkout, the front desk was closed and the security guard literally shooed me off! This prevented me from using one of my "free beverage" tokens given to me so "graciously" by the hotel. Lof of helicopter noises near the hotel. Raucous party sounds and disturbing music kept playing from nearby building even late night. Overall I'd not recommend this place at all. Proximity to Disneyland can be achieved by staying at other hotels

Room was tiny. The sound proof was horrendous felt like I was in with the school trip that was staying beside us. Could not sleep for two nights because the noise and the fact it felt very dirty and run down.

It was not very clean, the shower was too small, the room size was small, the AC did not work, no room service, staff were not helpful,

The reception guy , didn’t ask even for our ID I did offer him twice but he said no need, which make me feel unsecured! This means the hotel doesn’t know the other guest identity!

Can get quite warm and although window does open slightly, that’s obviously tricky to do in the rain.

Although very basic, it is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Room is small but as we only use it for sleeping then that’s not an issue. Location is great, a five minute walk from a small shopping centre with a large supermarket, various restaurants and assorted shops, then another five minutes walk to the RER to get to Disney (in about 15 mins).

The rooms were dirty. The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. The towels were stained. No pillow covers. Dust everywhere!!! It smelt of smoke in the rooms which wasn’t great for children and young families. Fireworks went on till 2am.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was even smaller and no room to move. We had to carry our cases up 2 flights of stairs outside and there are no lifts . The lock on our door broke so we had to move rooms and carry our cases back downstairs with no help from help from staff. The shower had no stand and was broken off, the door handle on the bathroom door was broken and the beds were smaller than a single bed. The towels were tiny and stained, one bed had stains on and the other had cigarette burns on and there wasn't even soap in the bathroom.

Beds were small and very uncomfortable. No extra blankets/pillows. Only 2 towels between us for 3 days. No bath mat, bathroom needed a good clean, toothpaste marks left in the sink from previous guests. Breakfast poor, not many options even at 7am. Staff were fine but the hotel needs an update!

Location great, 15min drive to Disneyland. Large supermarket 2mins walk away. Plenty of free parking

It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Room was clean , heating was on the whole day , 15 mins away from Disney Paris , 2 mins Walk to bus stop Anne Frank. Breakfast was just enough . Would certainly book again.
