Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PortugalI paid for a shuttle to the airport one night before, and the next day they told me that they did not make trips to Terminal 1. They do not make refunds.
Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Very basic room, one bed, TV, bathroom.

United StatesNo 24 hour checkin. Had to go to the neighboring hotel to get our key. Guy there was very helpful. Gor there at midnight and no food, vending machines only take Euro coins. Beds were uncomfortable and not even a glass in the room to drink water from the sink.
10 minutes from CDG - so we made our flight in the morning.

ItalyThey did not provide any toiletteries and bath kits etc. And there was no hand soap as well, Although the property is a little difficult to reach by public transport , in case you traveling to thr city center daily for visits and retuning back very late night, however they do offer a shuttle service from the CDG airport for 7 euros each trip until 11 30 pm.
I liked the ease of check in options even very early mornings like :1 AM etc. I was delayed to reach the property by 2 hrs, thats a long story... my first experience in France:) , and thats for another time perhaps.! However i called the property and a gentleman named Julian assured me he will be available when I reach the hotel. He was actually available amd helped me check in that morning. Although the property is a little difficult to reach by public transport , in case you traveling to thr city center daily for visits and retuning back very late night, It is ok to choose as a overnight stay in case you have a connecting flight to catch the next day.

FranceIt was 9pm before I was taken to the wrong hotel. I was then told I had to get a taxi back to the airport, bearing in mind I was placed in the his transport by the person at the airport. Eventually I was taken back to the airport then into my hotel.it was now after 10 pm and my hotel welcome desk was closing. I had not eaten and the location of this hotel was nowhere near anywhere to eat. I was directed to the next door hotel , Campagnile , but it was too late to get anything to eat . The machine had a microwave meal costing about 12 € ( they cost about 3 € in the supermarket!) when I went back to my hotel to try and get a coffee , the machine was broken. The room smelt of smoke but there was no one on reception to complain to. The towels were thin and grey and there wasn’t a glass to get a drink from the sink. The shower head in the bathroom was clogged with brown material , some of which came out when I started the shower. I am happy not to pay a lot when I am in transit , but this was beyond the pale. There was nothing to recommend it .to get a transfer back to the airport which cost 6 euros , I had to leave by 09.30 , defeating the object of paying for a room to rest before my next flight. I got a bus from the town for 2 € , but no one was going to give me that information from the hotel .it was just a ripoff and I booked online beforehand and another traveller paid in the hotel( the first premier classe I was mistakenly taken to , which was nearer the airport and had possibly of eating close by ,) and he paid less that I did . I would never book it again , I would prefer to stay at the airport and sleep with the homeless , at least I could have gotten something to eat and a coffee .
I found someone at the airport that was arranging the shuttle buses , so I felt that I was being looked after . Good start , although I was told I would have to wait 30 mins for my transport to the correct hotel. I had shown the gentleman my address

United KingdomThe breakfast was meagre. Although only 1 mile 'as the crow flies' from Terminal 2, the taxi fare is €20 and alternatively, the shuttle-bus costs €7 per person. This is not the fault of the hotel, but that extra €40 may have been better spent on a different hotel that can be reached via the free train.
This is the cheapest of the hotels at Paris CDG airport. We didn't expect much and were not disappointed. We only wanted a bed for the night between flights and this hotel fulfilled our needs; we have no complaints.

SwedenThey have a collaboration regarding the airport taxi service with their neighbouring hotel - Campanile Roissy. I can't write a review about that hotel here, since we didn't stay there. But I will mention that the airport taxi (not the shuttle) booked through Campanile Roissy never showed up. And the lady at their front desk, while confirming that a booking indeed was made the previous day, didn't seem to care about that the taxi was nowhere to be seen. Nor did she care when it was 15 minutes past scheduled time, at which point we decided to make a run for the bus three blocks down. We managed to catch the bus, but ended up having a stressful airport experience as a result of this, barely making the flight on time.
The woman at the front desk of Première Classe Roissy was very nice!

United KingdomStaff were rude everything seemed too much trouble someone had spilt 3 drips of coffee on the floor and the staff member aggressively confronted me, accusing me of doing it. (I didn't even have coffee). Cigarette burn in the bedding under the beds was filthy rubbish, fingernails and thick with dust. Very noisy too. Cheap but suppose you get what you pay for but that wasn't even worth it. Breakfast was pathetic some bread 2 cereals and a coffee machine not even a toaster for toast. Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog!!

AustraliaWe had an unpleasant stay. The room was filthy. There were toenail clippings IN the bed, there was hair in the shower, the toilet did not flush (problematic!) and the bathroom smelled awful. I brought up these concerns with the receptionist upon departure but she did not offer any solutions (we arrived at the hotel late at night so we didn’t have the opportunity to ask to change rooms right away as reception was closed). The hotel also offers other services such as breakfast and an airport shuttle. The breakfast was very very basic and not worth the price (cornflakes, milk, some yoghurt, bread but no toaster, and a few croissants). The shuttle service was 7€ per person and only drops you at Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2 - the hotel did not disclose this when we booked. It then takes another 35-40 mins to get to Terminal 1 (600 metres of walking from the drop off point, and 4 stops on a free airport train). All in all, we would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good nights sleep before a long haul flight.
Not far from Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2 airport.
