How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I had to ask for a (paper) cup. No drinking utensils in the room. Separate sleeping and dining facilities.

The staff was not very helpful at all. The restaurant was a buffet, not a restaurant with a menu.
The room was clean and affordable. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service was good.

Breakfast was meant to be served up until 10am, I never arrived for breakfast until 9:45am where everything was being out away and the door was closed and told breakfast was over, not great when I had a young child hungry

Advertise breakfast but only serving stale bread and coffee. Place was very dirty. Water leaking inside the wall. Very far from everything like public transportation. Overpriced.

The room was very small, dirty and bedding wasn’t clean. Hair and marks on bed sheets. Floor was dirty. I was not impressed with someone knocking on my door at 1am waking the 3 of us up about breakfast we didn’t order.

It was close to the airport
started by having to walk to the hotel next door to check in. No soap provided towel were the comforter was dirty the curtains rod was pulled out of the wall any one could see in the room. So they moved us to another room and the curtains were not fastened properly to the rod, but at least you couldn’t see through the window.  Overall, it was just a dump. The shuttle that they were supposed to have not available people heading to Paris for the Olympics. Stay clear of this place.

The hotel lobby smelled of smoke mixed with perfume ! We had a quad room, 2 kids and 2 adults . It was very small washroom. Had to open shower door to use soap after using toilet. Beds were comfortable ! Everything had a funny smell. We had dinner at campanille, the next door hotel. Cannot recommend . It was weird menu, rabbit, veal soup that was all white and bland. cleaning opened our door while we were still in bed!! We just had it as a stay before our flight next morning. Take uber to airport much cheaper!!
Very helpful and professional staff, but we had to check in with campanille. Convenient if you need to fly out early.

No shower gel (they didn’t refill) during my stay, had to go to the counter next building (Campanile). Asked the receptionist for shower gel, first receptionist went and could not find stock for it. The other receptionist suggested giving hair shampoo they sell for 6 euros. I asked if it’s possible to also give the body wash which also costs 6 euros. The first receptionist was contemplating saying that it is impossible to give both because total was 12 euros. She went again to another stockage room and gave me soap. But the packet does not correspond to the one in the toilet … imagine… all this happened after a long day in Paris and your parents who came and see u after a long flight could not take his first fresh shower peacefully because there was no shower gel…

It had a super 8 feel. The information provided to us was not up to date. We scheduled a shuttle to transport us to the hotel and the information provided was wrong. We almost missed it. When we arrived at the hotel the cost of the shuttle had changed from what was told to us. One long email with two different information. The room appeared clean, but my sheet had a black stain on it. The top cover also looked like it had not been washed in some time. The bathroom looked clean, but inside the shower is floors was a greasy feel. The A/C worked well and the price was cheap.
I like the location being close to the airport.

This hotel is too expensive for what the customer gets. There were not even any cups ( paper /plastic) in the room. Really basic. The airplanes were noisy even with window closed.
