The staff on the reception is rude and doesn’t want to speak english at all. Cleaning ladies entered our room and took our stuff while we were away (polaroid Camera, charger and polaroids). Reception staff didn’t want to help us at all, and They were really rude

Neighborhood looked a little sketchy but came to realize that’s just how paris is (unfortunately) with their graffiti. This hotel didn’t look like a hotel from the inside. The rooms are a little different than a typical hotel. We had three beds. They had a bunk bed set in our room. The bathroom was very bad and weird. We got lucky and got a restroom for a disabled family and had a big space. But I saw reviews on here that they look way smaller. Like a small closet with toilet AND shower. That’s the other thing too their restroom had the toilet and shower together with a shower curtain dividing the two. Water would get everywhere when we took showers and the floor is flat so the water never really traveled anywhere it just stayed there and eventually got drained.

Property was very pretty and clean on the outside. This is a gated hotel and I felt secure. Walls are a bit thin but nothing too bad in my opinion. Breakfast was very basic. Ham, cheese, coffee, cereal, bread, etc. but still good. This hotel was in a great area with a lot of different restaurants and a train station near by.

The staff at reception at check-in was very unfriendly. He was asking us to pay for the stay, even if it was already paid. He was also not able to speak English.

Breakfast was not diverse but well enough to be ok half a day. The coffee was better than I expected. The beds and pillows super comfy. Easy to get to by bus, subway or tram.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a treat. The bathroom was small but sufficient. We liked that the hotel looks like a ship. The location was excellent.

The main thing I didn't like was that noises carry through the walls very well. Luckily, there was no one very loud around.

This is a budget hotel of a good price to value ratio. I didn't have any issues with it. The service was nice and the position of the hotel was good.

It had no facilities, not even a closet. The toilets were very small. I will never choose this hotel again, the dishes for breakfast were not good at all. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. It was just a bed and had no facilities.

Breakfast is not good whatever based on the low price so you can not take your breakfast in the hotel even if you paid it as the rate of one night already low against any other hotel in Paris Second point it is not easy to reserve in the hotel all the time is sold out in booking

Everything is excellent and so close to Metro station Porte D’Italie line M7 which you can go to everywhere within 15 to 30 minutes and the price is very very good
