The room was pretty clean and the bed was super crisp and clean, but I think the floor and bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub.

Really good location - away from noisy tourist areas. The area has lots of cafes and is near to a wonderful weekly market. Easy access to public transport. We had just about everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice little balcony to sit and watch the world go by.

The apartment is not located in the center of Paris, but if you enjoy walking, it's about 40 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe and around an hour to the Louvre. There are several grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. The room was clean upon arrival, although no cleaning was done during the stay. The bed is large and very comfortable, with clean linens provided. However, the bathroom could use some renovation, as it shows signs of wear.

Though rather compact the apartement had everything needed. Bed was good, quiet building and Street. Breakfast delivered in room nice extra. Closeby supermarkets, restaurant, vélib bikes around the corner and metro 10-15 minutes. Small pretty park cross the Street.

Everything was good

The location is just a short distance from the centre via underground, the nearest stop is Louise Michel, ten minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean and the area is pretty good and quiet.The flat is very small but equipped with everything, it also has a small balcony and a tiny little kitchen corner in the cupboard. The self check in and check out are very convenient. If you need it and if no guest is coming right after you leave, you can arrange a late check out, but you have to pay 15 euros more per hour, in the end we preferred not to. We had a very pleasant stay in the Courcelles residence and recommend it to everyone. Every evening they leave a box with tea,fruit juice, apples, jams, honey, pastry ,bread and butter for next day breakfast, but it's only sweet food, even if very good quality.

Would have been great if they gave additional trash bags, sometimes I had to manually turn on the electricity, it didn't react to the inserted card.

Easy check-in, had multiple amenities (hairdryer, iron, all kitchen utensils, cups, small coffee machine, sandwich maker, etc.), great bathroom and balcony, comfortable and cozy bed.

Very soft mattress, we had back pain every morning. The room is very cold but there is no radiator. Instead air conditioner does the heating. It heats up slowly and noisy so you have to turn it off at night. I won’t recommend this accommodation for a long stay cause you won’t get good sleep here.

Unlike any hotel, more of a block of apartments. Value for money was unreal, bed was comfy, whole apartment was clean, kitchen had every appliance you will need during your stay and the location was awesome, not too far out of the city centre and all tourist hotspots. Also some amazing restaurants/bistros nearby.

The bathroom was tiny and and hard to move in there. My husband is a very tall man and struggled in the shower. The location was nearly two hours from the airport by trains and a little far put from the city but easy enough to get around.

What we loved was that there were little good shops where we were able to buy things to have for breakfast. We had a little self contained kitchen with all things to prepare breakfast before going out. The bed was comfortable and although a small room it had what we needed for 4 nights. The office lady was able to help us out with a taxi to the airport which was very much appreciated. Lots of restaurants close by.

I realise it is Paris but the walls are thin. Woken up at 4/5am on two separate occasions when people were loud in the corridors. Also, because the place has no staff, there is no ability to raise it as an issue if you felt so inclined. Personal preference but I hate shower curtains and this place has one in a tiny shower.

Reasonable location, although the local Metro was closed for track work during the bulk of my stay. Nice little neighbourhood that is not too far away from main sites but also not too busy nor overcrowded.

We stayed in the deluxe studio. It is on the small side but perfect for a couple and it has everything you need (balcony, fridge, microwave, wardrobe, stools/table, comfy double bed, smart tv etc). The studios furnishings are modern and we found that everything was clean and comfortable. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and all the landmarks and areas we visited were easily accessible within 35 minutes maximum via the metro and buses. The check-in process was straightforward. There was also lift access to the deluxe studio.
