Room advertisement/pictures displayed while booking were misleading as actual room size was not the same. All mentioned facilities were there but room was too compact. From bathtub to toilet seat, everything was too small. And horrible wifi was another spoiler.

I wouldn't call it "apartment ". Too small, it's more a room with tiny bathroom. My mom was struggling to use the wc. First the place was dusty. We lived there for 9 days, so first had to clean it all. And got second cleaning one day before we left apartment. Would be nice to have the broom in the room and a few garbage bags and any info for tourists where are allowed to throw away the trash. Didn't expect also that it will be construction elements just right out of window, we not only didn't get a street view as on the fotos but metal tubes and sometimes workers just work outside. I do understand that it should be done, but would be nice to be informed in advance. I was also surprised that the wardrobe was not that big as on the photos in Booking. I just suggest to add actual photos for all types of rooms to people not be disappointed. But thank You anyway.

The Apartment building itself very beautiful, the location is great, would for sure recommend this area to stay during the trip to Paris. Big shopping mall just in 3 min walking, also a lot of other restaurants, coffeshops, bakeries, markets around. I am really impressed how they put all nessesary for living stuff in this small apartment. The decorations was good. And thank for a lavender flowers which always give nice aroma to the room. Was quiet to sleep, had all nessesary kitchen stuff, hair dryer, iron set. Furniture is quite new.

i have no hot water bad customer service trying to call them on emengency no but no pick up what is the point having an emergency no? i waited till 10am for someone to pick up. they came at 10:45am and cannot fix it apparently the tank was emptied breakfast was served on a tray to your room that I was not told about. I have to walk around the building to look for where do they serve breakfast

No internet password provided, which was a hassle as a tourist, and the security codes were provided after we were already travelling, in French, so it was not much use to us. It was very difficult to access the apartment when it was late and we were tired. No answer to the provided phone number for after hours. The reception did not answer. Someone else was kind enough to let us in to access the key pass. We would not recommend this for this reason.

The staff are horrible! When we arrived we planned to leave our luggages in the luggage room which we had to pay an extra 10Euro for. We got there, the lift was not working and they expected us to go up 6 floors to reception with our luggages. It was impossible so I called the receptionist- first thing she says was call us later because we are very busy and tried to cut the line until I started shouting WAIT WE ARE HERE!!! She was super, super rude. We felt as if she was doing some sort of charity with us which is funny considering how expensive this place is. We got shifted from level 7 to level 2 as lift was about to be not working for a week. Once you proceed the payment, communication with them is a disaster. I asked for a receipt and they promised they will send it as soon as we leave the residence. I got it after 3 days and just because I was nagging them all the time. The room was small but nice. However, if you’re tall, forget it. The bed was just as tall as we are … 5ft5. You can hear literally everything that was happening around you because the walls are sooooo thin (I don’t think it’s bricks). Breakfast is just a couple of the same sponges, 2 juices and coffee satchets. Not worth it at all. Honestly, I would never visit again. And I am not picky at all with accommodations.

The room was ok. Small but had everything. However, my partner and I are 5ft4 - 5ft5… If we had been taller we would have issues as the bed was exactly up until our feet, bath was super small and sink is just a joke, you cannot even wash your hands in it.

needed more pillows, shower very dangerous as no bath mat and despite shower curtain the floor got soaked. We were in room 9 and our neighbours both sides (8 & 10) were very noisy, TV on all night, loud talking in the corridor & woke us one night coming in at 23:50 being noisy.

the place is incredibly small and should not be allowed for 3 people. i booked what was pictured as a triple room only to get one bed and a pullout ottoman. my family literally had to climb over me on the pullout bed to gain access to the bathroom. and the breakfast items should be better advertised. it was not breakfast just a whole bunch j of snacks and a piece of fruit. I really wish i could have gotten a refund on that. we ate almost none of it and i took all of it back home to give away to someone in need.
