United KingdomThe sofa isn't durable. Room a bit too dark at night but better when you turn on all the lightings including the lamps. No water in room, had to call room service.
Balcony was perfect, fantastic view of the sea. We arrived late at night but was offered a free upgrade to higher level room. Toilet with new facilities. Enough room for two.

PolandThe hot air wasn't working well enough but we talked about it with the reception and they tried to help as much as they could. Cold weather is not a problem for me, but I think you should check your room in cold weather.
The rooms are big enough for 2 people and have a beautiful sea view. The location is very close to the airport and easy to reach. I didn't try breakfast but the employees were quite optimistic. I am so happy for this trip.

United StatesIf you like the beach side, you will love the location, but it’s far from the town and restaurants. The Aircon was not working properly. It was very hot, but since we were there during autumn/winter, we didn’t complain and just let it be. If it was summer, it would definitely be a problem. Our 1st breakfast was great, but the 2nd time, the food was old. It seems that they recycle the food and just reheated the leftovers. The gym was also closed during our stay.
Location and sea view. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning is magnificent! Just that makes the stay worth it. The tram stop is just behind the hotel, so it’s easy to go around. The staff were all friendly. The room was big and very modern.

RussiaNo water, no tea/coffee, no refrigerator. I called room service and ask to bring me a glass and ice, staff said that it costs 7 eur. That’s weird. I have never heard before something like that. If you do not care about customer services, then it would be good option to stay.

United KingdomThey took a €100 per day deposit in case you spent on room service, which was a surprise to us. Also, the price of the room doesn't include local taxes. The location was a little far away from town but was easy to get a taxi, uber, tram or bus.
The view is stunning, even the basic room was very comfortable with a large bed and full sized bath.

United KingdomWe went at the end of October so low season. To be honest the staff could have been more friendly and I’d have liked a bit more info like a map and tram stop details. The bar on the ground floor is a bit corporate and lacking in character.
The hotel is in a great location, close to a tram stop and right on the promenade. Bit of a walk into the centre, but it’s a lovely walk!

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I had such a good night's sleep! The room itself was spacious with wonderful views of the sea and Promenade des Anglais. Of course, it is a very busy road but the hotel room had quadruple glazing. When the door was closed, you could hear nothing at all.

AustraliaThe shower head in my bathroom. It was a hand held one and it kept falling off and making such a loud noise when it hit the bath.
The view was amazing. I got a high floor ocean view and it was just devine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spent the whole day up on the rooftop swimming pool which was great. Also had dinner upstairs and the food was amazing!

South AfricaStaying 4 days and having the same breakfast - maybe the hot breakfast could change every alternate day. I know every hotel is like this....this is really ALL i have to complain about.
The receptionist when we checked in - Rose The receptionist when we checked out - Faith They were so helpful and Faith generously gave us her tram card so we could go the airport. We had the best view from our room. The hotel is lovely and the location excellent. The pool is amazing and the hotel offers a great breakfast. The hotel is so easy to access from the tram.
