Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyBathroom was not clean enough. On the first day of arrival, reception tried to upgrade my room to sea view room in an uncomfortable way. It was written that the hotel has private beach, which is true, but they should have mentioned that it has an extra charge. Also otopark was not free and full all the time. But Vale service help instead.
location is very good. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop restaurant has an exceptional view.

AustraliaThe “gym” was just a couple of elliptical bikes, a single rowing machine, single treadmill, a multipurpose rack (not good) and a couple of technogym benches with dumbells maxing at 10kg. Not suited to people who enjoy lifting but fine if you just want to do some cardio.
The buffet breakfast was good for the price. Big range of food and plenty of stations to access it from. Great rooftop pool and catering.

Rooftop bar with the view to the Sea was very nice, good service as well. Location was also very good, very close to airport and close to downtown as well. Rooms were nice and clean and nothing to complain about.

United KingdomService in the roof bar could be so much better. It can be very very slow which is a shame as the view is fantastic. Didn’t like Friday night club night, seemed to be for the locals and not the guests, couldn’t get a drink as the Q was so ridiculously long and there weren’t enough staff…
This is our 4th visit to this hotel. The pool on the roof and the beach club are excellent. Breakfast is really good. The tram stop is behind the hotel and it takes you in to town in 10mins, no need for taxi/Uber anymore! Very happy and will stay again.

EXCEPT… the hotel had this rooftop DJ / party thing on the weekend nights that was advertised as something all guests could participate in, but when we tried to go up to the rooftop, the staff were extremely rude. They immediately stopped us at the elevator and said something like, “private party only” and turned us away. Then I asked at the front desk if we were allowed to be there and they said yes. So wtf?!?!? Then we tried to go back up and the staff finally let us in but we’re obnoxious to us. We felt so unwelcome so we left after one drink.
We had a suite with a terrace facing the ocean which was absolutely stunning!! The room was spacious (especially for France) and very clean. The beds were super cozy too. And the terrace…. OMG! It was big enough that our family could all eat a meal together watching the sunset!

Bahrain- The hotel enquirer about arrival time before my trip and assured us, we arrived at 2:00 pm and the staff said the check in is at 3 do wait for one hour. We sat in the lobby and those who came after us ( including all Emirates airline crew) checked in! We approached the staff twice she said your room is not ready! At 3 pm still room not ready! That was so annoying and unacceptable especially that we booked a suite not a normal room. - During check in we gave two credit cards but both were rejected though it has more than sufficient amount. We though maybe the cards are not accepted in Nice, surprisingly it worked in all shops and restaurants and the error is from the hotel. - we arrived to the room and the electricity was not working so we called someone to check it, they came after 5 hours!!!!! -Our first breakfast we choose a table and went to the buffet, we returned to be seated but the chairs were dirty. Three staff were standing next to us, they noticed we changed the table because of the dirty chairs but they didn’t keep any effort to clean it. The staff in the restaurant are not friendly at all. -There was a long que for check out as two staff were available only in a very busy hotel.

United KingdomHousekeeping wasn’t up to scratch, room was cleaned after 4.30 most days after being chased we even paid a cleaner to come and clean the room once as we needed to go out in the evening. We didn’t complain at the time however did mention it at checkout and Pascal didn’t reply to it so that shows it would have been a waste of time anyway
