Would have appreciated: TV that can actually connect to smartphone (neither Android or IOS worked), coat hangers in the entrance as it is large but empty, and a separation between the bedroom and the sofa bed.

It is a bit far from the center but public transport is easy. A terrace but no chair to sit outside.

I got an upgrade. Nice and clean studio. Big bathroom, really nice shower. Airco worked well.

Walls could use some cleaning, there were a lot of spots on them in all the areas. Bed was really short even. Air conditioner wasnt working at all. The dryer in the laundry basement wasnt working properly, there was an error message mid-cycle saying it can't drain properly, so had to take all wet hot clothes upstairs and hang them all around the apartment. :(

A spacious apartment, nice view from the balcony. Nice shower and bathroom in general. Late check in was arranged. There is self service laundry room in the basement.

Kitchen could be little big

Connectivity with the the bus is good.The apartment was clean and comfortable. Contact person very nice n friendly. Knew some English too. However the only issue was kitchen is too small

Very basic amenities and clear lack of maintenance: stains on the sofa, naked light bulb on the ceiling, bedside lamp dead, noise 24/24 from the ventilation column. In addition the bed was in fact a sofa-bed with very tired springs and a very thin and worn out mattress. I asked twice for a hair dryer and never got it, although the response was that it would be placed in the room. This is without mentioning the very sad decoration.

The area and it was expensive for a big studio. The staff were very helpful. For the price they could have included some washing up liquid!

The sofa-bed wasn't very comfortable for me, and I didn't expect that there would be no shampoo or shower gel. Luckily, we brought ours,so it wasn't a big deal.

I liked that it was clean ,the little touches about the design, the cutlery that was there, and it helped a lot, the big space in the room . The staff was very polite and professional.

The apartments really aren´t anything special. the kitchen basically lacks everything beyond basic cutlery, cups, glasses. haven´t used the microwave or filter coffee machine. no water boiler available. One of our appartments was really worn down. I think it only gets rented out if the place is fully booked (which was the case due to a sporting event in town), the sewer smelled as it probably hasnt been in use for quite a while. The road in front is quite busy, dont bother trying to sleep with open window. Also as we where there, there was construction happening. to to weekend and bank holidays there was no noise but I could imagine the day after it gets quite noisy. usually this is an info shared up front by hotels on booking. Anyway opening the window and looking at the scaffold istn what you would expect

The staff was friendly and helpful. Early check-in was no problem as the apartment was ready. Check-out also just handing in the keys. the shopping center at the next corner comes quite handy. parking spots are available onsite for free and also plenty of parking available for free in the area. Hair dryer was available upon request.
