The opening hours of the pool were limited but still didn't stop us using it.

The location was very central and easy to navigate around the town. Our room was suitable for 4 people with good cooking facilities. The pool was easily accessed and clean.

The swimming pool changing area could have been maintained better by wiping floors more.

The Code to the main entrance to the building did not work one afternoon but we could enter from the next building and it was repaired the following day. We had to ask how to open the sliding door to the balcony and how to lock the door to the apartment. The operation of lifting the handle is new to me. Otherwise, all was very good.

Apartment is old and space was tight for 5 people to stay in - below expectations of what is seen in the pictures. There was a bad smell of fried beef in the room that never went away. There was a missing light in a lightshade, and overall illumination was poor. There were web spiders in the ceiling. The shower in the suite room was very tight. And also, but not least, the old handle of the door was extremely hard to lock it - unconfortable to deal with. There is no room service, breakfast is not available and reception is closed in certain times of the day since it’s a residence and not a hotel, which was not nice.

Pool closes between 12pm-3pm and doesn't open till 9 which is inconvenient for families with small children. Booked this hotel for the pool given rainy weather but didn't get a chance to use due to its schedule. Rooms are aging - need more electrical outlets. No place to leave suitcases in the bedrooms.

Amazing location just over the pedestrian bridge from the Montenvers mer de glace train station and next to the SNCF train station. Quick walk to restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops. Friendly staff. Kitchen in the room had what we needed. True 2 bedroom suite was great for family with kids.

Only one toilet roll per person for 5 days.

Each of us had our own bathroom. It was great to have storage in the rooms. I was so happy that there was sufficient lighting in the bedrooms as I usually find this severely lacking when staying away from home.

There was only one roll of toilet paper for our entire time and when we asked for more we were told that usually it’s the guest responsibly to buy their own if they needed more. The apartment is very small.

We enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. A big shoutout to Nelly who from the time we booked to the time we checked out was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make our stay more pleasurable. The apartment was very quaint but small. We had a balcony that looked out onto Mont Blanc and walking into Chamonix was super easy. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet.

We got there at 12.07, Reception is closed from 12-3!! It was hot as hell outside. Tried to check in online but the system said no!

Decent size room if a little dated. Fantastic location. 2 Decent size bedrooms and decent size living room with fold down double bed. Ok size balcony. Lovely friendly staff.

The apartment was in need of major refurbishment. There was a musty smell that was impossible to dispel. The lift was small and serving so many apartments that we often had a long wait.

Location was perfect and we had amazing view of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Staff were super helpful and professional. Apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms Kitchen was well equipped.

Our ground floor 1 bedroom apartment had a view of a hedge and almost no natural light. The sofa needed renewed as it was torn and uncomfortable. The shower tray allowed water to run all over the bathroom.

I didn't like that the office had closed during the afternoon - this must be a cultural thing - but a lot of businesses were closed in the afternoon.

I loved the location and the room had an amazing view of the mountains of which I wasn't expecting for the price that I had paid for it compared to the other properties.
