Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nicholas provided a very clear video telling us where to collect the key for self check- in via WhatsApp and sent us a couple of messages afterwards to see if we were ok. We were more than ok! The view from the balcony is something you'd expect to get only in a 5 star hotel. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise.The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, kettle coffee maker so we were able to have breakfast on the balcony along with late night drinks. The shower was powerful and bed comfortable. The location is great with cafes restaurants and a great supermarket within a few minutes walk. We were the only ones to use the pool when we went there, and it was well kept and clean. It represents great value for money.

United StatesThe host's use of a video to explain where to collect the key is a good idea. But it's impossible to hear his recorded voice due to street noise. Also, when booking it's not clear that the key's location is different from the apartment location. This is important for guests carrying heavy luggage since a lone guest will have to haul the bag about 100 meters uphill to collect the key and then again to return it. This should be made clear on the booking.com site. A guest who doesn't speak French may have difficulty in communicating with the host to clarify how to collect the key if the listing on Booking isn't edited to clarify this. The tres amable host was very happy I spoke French.

United KingdomPerfect flat in centre of Beaulieu, and next to the train station. It’s very clean and there is a kitchen and a balcony. Having access to the swimming pool is fantastic. Owner is helpful and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed my stay 👍

FranceIt was bare. We arrived late and couldnt even make a cup of tea. Went to bed thursty. The flat needed a woman touch.
We had a very short time there. It was very minimal, bare. No tea, coffee, no salt, peppermint, oil nothing. All the places that i have been to have a minimum of condiments. With all the little extras would have made it really good. Sorry.
