We waited almost 3 hours to get into the room because it wasn't ready at check-in time.

Stayed for 4 days with my teenage daughter. The waiting staff, catering staff reception staff and doormen were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice of hot and cold options, and the chef happy to prepare specific items. We had a room with a sofa, 2 single beds and a balcony. It was a good size with a good sized bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and once on the balcony we had a lovely view of the Eiffel tower. We were woken by noisy neighbours who partied through the night (!) and the following morning reception moved us promptly with an upgrade. The only issue I had was confusion about the use of the Hotels bar on the 10th floor and the attitude of the staff who worked there. Declined entry initially by the bar front of house/ receptionist as we had Ugg boots on (!) and on another occasion ( now wearing non Ugg shoes !) we could only enter if we paid a £50 entrance to have a table. None of these factors were clear and I found the staff oddly unfriendly and unwelcoming - complete contrast to the main Hotel staff. Overall it was a lovely stay with warm helpful friendly staff and I would return.

The staffs don’t smile when you have eye contacts. Kind of scary but once you talk with them, they are very nice

Best location. You can enjoy Eiffel tower endless while you’re there. We had a room w/ garden view, didn’t expect to see the tower from the room but amazing view of Eiffel tower.

Unfortunately a big let down was the staff, first instance was me ordering ice cream, which occasionally shouldn’t take long to be delivered, I phoned the room service number and came through to someone who said they would speak to room service to see where my order was and said they’d call back, 40 minutes later no call back so I called in and said I had been waiting over an hour, eventually someone had come to my door with my order who stunk of sweat after an hour and a half for 2 bowls of ice cream and a coke. 2nd instance is still happening now, I am still waiting for my deposit of £100 after staying on the 15th to the 16th, have sent multiple emails to no avail, had one reply when I had first sent an email saying I would receive my deposit in some “open working days” however it has been almost a month since staying and haven’t received my deposit at all!! Extremely disappointing since it was such a nice stay to receive such poor service, would want to stay again since there are many pros to this hotel, only thing that steers me away unfortunately is the terrible customer service and paid deposit money I have still not received!

Had a lovely stay from the 15th to the 16th, room was amazing, comfy and clean bedding with an amazing view, very happy with the facilities.

The property need maintenance on the rooms.Our tub took a lot of time to drain and the AC never cooled so we needed to open the balcony door at night to get the room cooler.

The wardrobe in the room that we stayed was very small, couldn't put our jackets inside there, very small, three of us no chance. Pillows very uncomfortable but I can say here my opinion, maybe other people didn't have an issue. The rooftop restaurant we have being refused access because we didn't know about dressing code, shame as we could be informed, we wanted to have dinner while watching Eiffel Tower, one more thing before I forget, there two restaurants one is located on the same floor with reception and the other one is at the tenth floor, for both restaurants you need to book your table even if you stay there!

Kids menu it was offered first for our son, amazing thing! The location is amazing right next to Eiffel Tower, breakfast buffet very delicious plenty of choices, romantic atmosphere, highly recommended!

The loud music outside was really loud and banging and room service was really limited for veggies and kids and the bed was hard . But minor and really was a gorgeous hotel

It was a superb position and such lovely staff. It also was immaculate and so clean and fresh . It was a room that smelt of cigarettes but after a day it went a bit .

We were in a big room & they used a sofa bed as the second bed which was actually ok & better quality than others but an actual bed would have been better based on the high price we paid for this room. I found their contact system to contact reception or room service difficult & often had issues as it was all based off a tablet that required internet connection so it was not easy to use & often lost connection so you couldn’t call reception easily because of this set up they really also need a normal phone system in the rooms

The location was amazing !!! So close to the Eiffel Tower / subway / Bistros / hop on hop off busses !! - Loved the buffet restaurant
