The cleaning staff forgot to take away the dirty towels from the floor in the bathroom after two days of use, but other than that the stay was magical.

The location of the hotel is great. The view of the eiffel tower from our balcony was exceptional! We were able to watch the fireworks for Bastille from our own balcony. It was magical.

No explanation of facilities and how it works at checkin. Too focused on getting you out of lobby and into your room. No real Concierge!!! Events planner is contracted in, she couldnt book tickets to the Louvre for us. Told us we could buy at the entrance to the Louvre which is incorrect. Everything at Lourve is on line. Events planner couldnt book other tickets for us because her credit card machine regected our card, this is after I just used it successfully to checkinto hotel and used in restaurant. Strongly suggest you employ a proper Concierge, available late into evening when you still want to organise or book things, instead of the multitude of "in-your-face" security guards. Dissappointed that after 4 days staying at hotel, on our last day, we get told there is a roof top bar with spectacular views. This should have happened at check-in!!!!!! Ahhhhhh

Checkin was very fast, too fast. View from room was awesome. Beds comfortable. Liked the shower and bathroom. I liked the restaurant, the food, the friendly staff in restaurant.

Door on to the balcony was not closing properly causing air coming into the room and triggering my hayfeaver allergies which was unavoidable due to not being able to close it

Really need updating to math the price you pay

The rooms need updating looking tired and un kept to a excellent standard Needs painting Curtains to heavy for manual pulling Tiles lifting up outside on the balcony and panel to cover lights outside was broken exposing wires A comb was put in the door to keep the glass and panel in Carpets very stained No screen to separate the shower Glass on the balcony should be non see through for privacy being on a busy street 1,400 for 2 nights was very disappointing in English money

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

This trip was for my moms birthday so location to the Eiffel Tower was important to me. We were on the 8th floor with a tower view and I must say it did not disappoint! When we werent walking around the city we found ourselves on the patio enjoying the view. The staff was amazing. I must pin point Jeff who checked us in and made sure our stay for our 4 days was everything we expected and more. Thanks to the concierge for reserving our 1hr boat tour and answering all of our city questions……thanks to the planner who made sure moms birthday cake and champagne in the room happened. She was so pleased. I assure you I will be back!!!

Having paid a handsome sum per night, we had to pay for Tourist Tax. I personally think that should be included in the cost.

All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We loved the atmosphere within the hotel. Full of beautiful plants which enhanced its appearance. The breakfast selection was excellent, providing quality food. The chef made lovely omelette according to our request. Waiters were very polite and courteous. The location within 10minutes of Tower, River, Cafes, Restaurants, shopping, money exchange and more. Plenty of Halal takeaways & Restaurants within 5min to 20mins walk. Plenty of Taxis right outside hotel. Pics below taken right infront of hotel. Eiffel Tower in back. 5 mins walk away.

The bathrooms are quite outdated and designed in a way that water somehow flows out of the shower. No spa, sauna, swimming pool facilities available. Limited room service options.
