It’s a convenient location. Close to the metro,restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower. The staff was absolutely lovely. It was my mother’s 80th bday and the surprised her with a cake and bottle of champagne. Nice spacious gym and the buffet was outstanding.

Room was not ready till after 4pm, check key machine was broken and had to wait to get keys, credit card machine did not work properly in restaurant, got stuck in the elevator for 10-15 minutes with 4 other guests/staff. Hot water did not work the morning of our departure, heater did not work in the bedroom area of our room. It was very cold

The stuff is not helpful, to the limit I changed my plan and left Paris with a negative memories.

BAD experience, bad view, not drinking stuff, a lot under my expectations. The room that i got was a lot under my expectations (not clean, with damaged furniture and damaged carpet), as well as the view of Eiffel Tower was very limited not close to the room picture in booking.

The room was very basic for the price. A substantial deposit was also taken but has not yet been returned despite staying at the very beginning of February. Only after messaging did I get told the deposit would be returned in 2-5 days but still nothing and no one has responded to my emails.

I loved the location and rooftop bar. Was easy to access and you couldn’t be closer to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was kind and didn’t have a single problem.

The hotel was amazing. Location was exceptional- to wake up to the Eiffel Tower was a dream come true.

I stayed with my daughter recently and the hotel staff made the trip for her even more magical than I thought possible. It was a dream come true, cannot thank the staff enough for treating her like a princess.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever ! starting with the check-in, although we requested an early check-in to the rooms that didn’t happen. The provided room didn’t match the booked room through booking.com and was in horrible condition. the room and bathroom smelled horrible, the bed sheet had a lot of hair on it , coffee machine was stained and dirty , some of the furniture was torn and the carpet smelled disgusting and the AC doesn’t work at all. The bathroom was not clean and smelled bad and the drains were clogged. we requested to change the room and they helped us to do so but the new room wasn’t pleasing as well since it had similar issues to the previous room and it had huge bugs in it. It was difficult to contact the reception as all calls go unanswered unless if the urgency number was called. Since the AC didn’t work we kept contacting the front desk to support us with fans, come to find out that they ran out of fans and once they were able to find one it was broken and had a loud noise. Upon check out I have called the reception at 10:00 am to try and delay our check out till 1:00 pm if possible and I was very shocked to find out that we needed to empty and check out of the rooms at 11:00 am instead which i have never done before. the receptionist was so rude and not helpful at all were she said “you have one hour which is enough to pack and get ready.”. I don’t recommend anyone staying at that hotel as it’s a waste of money.

I can't say I didn't like it, but perhaps they can change the breaksfast menu. The four days I was there it was the same.

What I like the most was the aproximity to the Eiffel Tower and to a metro station.

It was the best vie from my balcony in my life! Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect starting from check-in, a receptionist noticed that my daughter had birthday the next day and immediately brought some sweets, toys and balloons. Perfect breakfast, absolutely clean room and fantastic location . Definitely will come back!
