The electricity tripped twice on our first night, nobody answered at reception, so had to go to reception cause we didnt have electricity, breakfast was 35 euros, you are literally paying a lot of money for the location of the hotel.

    The location.

The reception staff were not helpful. I had two guests from outside the hotel and asked the staff to provide an extra chair for me to sit in the lobby, as some places were occupied. They didn't help and tried to push me to book a table in the restaurant instead of the lobby. They behaved extremely disrespectfully. Finally, their manager came and tried to help.

Room was big. Breakfast almost good.

The pillows weren’t the best, apart from that, no issues.

The location is absolutely spot on. The view from our balcony of the tower was unreal. Every staff member was unbelievably helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Checkin time was 4pm, it’s the latest checking time I have ever come across anywhere in the world. We had a work appointment at 4:30, arrived at the hotel at 2pm, we asked if it was possible to checkin a little earlier, but was told no, but on the off chance it was they would text. Didn’t happen. Checkout is 11am, surely this offers ample time to arrange turnovers. This was my third time in the Pullman, but the checkin time would have me considering another option along with when the Asian gentleman checking in beside was asked if it was his first time at the hotel, he said yes and was given a complimentary room upgrade. Given it was my third time spending €1000+ in two days on stays, food and drink would have been nice to receive the same.

Nice hotel reception, room was clean, nice bar, friendly staff, although one asked was Ireland in Denmark 😅 easy to get Ubers etc quick as it’s located right next to the Eiffel Tower, nice clientele/people staying in the hotel

The price could be a little bit more friendly. It would have been a perfect stay if it's pocket friendly.

I have checked-in on 8 Dec 2023. Staying at Pullman was the best travel experience. Not only was it strategically located next to Eiffel Tower, the service of all the hotel staff further enhanced the experience. The million dollar view, especially when the light was turned on at night, was simply magical. Even til today, my children can proudly proclaim that Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is the best hotel stay ever. At both check-in and check-out, we had a dedicated bell service Sylvian attending to us. Not only did he ensured that our many pieces of luggage were safely loaded onto our transport, he gently reminded us to check that we took our valuable belonging such as passport before the car left. This is a personal touch we have not experienced in other hotel establishment. Also, a special shout out to Kouadio. His cheerful smile reflects his service from his heart. He gave dedicated attention when checking us out. Overall, we received the best service from Pullman in Europe. I definitely sense that the employees in all areas of the hotel are happy working there. This has to come from great leadership in the hotel. Continue the great work!

Too far from public transport, especially when you need to carry some luggages. Also after the stay, my card was double charged for the room fee (even though I have prepaid the room in advance). This kind of mistake should not happen for a high class hotel. We’ve been in contact with the hotel to get the refund but it has been more than 2 weeks and we haven’t resolved it even after multiple calls. If you prepaid your hotel in advance, make sure to double check during checkout so you won’t be charged for the room again.

    Location, really close to Eiffel

The only thing I could fault was the wifi which was so slow wd ended up switching it off on our phones. A minor thing but for a hotel of this standard it should be better.

The hotel was just first class. We had a room with a balcony with fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was great. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. The robes and slippers added to the experience.

I had a several issues with communication with the room service staff. They all seemed very nice however, I had various reasonable requests due to the conditions of the room and each time I was told they were going to address it by coming to the room, they either did not come or it took very long. My initial arrival date was delayed, we arrived a day late but I communicated with the hotel so they were aware, I did not cancel. Upon my arrival, my room was switched and I was told it was due to providing us a “bigger” room, also they let us check into this room earlier which I thought was nice. The room was in fact large however it was not clean. There were stains all over the carpet, the bathroom had putty stains all over it from what appeared to be repairs to seal leakage. The shower/tub was leaking from the poor sealing job. I complained about the carpet and requested it be cleaned but no one ever came. I’m an effort to not delay our trip in further, we let it go. Communication between room service ( not house keeping or front end staff) was not good overall. Upon check out I complained to management and they provided a 100 eur credit, which was not enough for the issues. Our first meal the restaurant on the lobby level was the food in between breakfast and dinner service. It was a mini menu and we had just arrived to the hotel from our flight and we’re very hungry. My mother and I ordered 2 Caesar salads that appeared to just be throw together, it did not taste good at all. Also we orders a bigger for my daughter which I asked to be medium well but it came out extremely pink slightly bloody. I reported this issue to the waiter and the manager came and asked what else we would like but I told her it tasted bad and then she proceeded to asked what I would like to do, I asked if she could credit the meals Or discount some how and she said she was not able to because we tasted it.

Location is perfect if you want to be close to Eiffel. They have an amazing rooftop with direct views. There are no shops near this hotel but I would say it was centrally located via taxis as a mode of transport, which we preferred during our stay.

The explanation at the desk was brief and uninformed about the 4 free items in the mini bar that were not refreshed the following day. No t bags, milk. The bathroom was dirty and I asked 3 times but only a lady with a dry cloth came which did nothing, so we could not bathe for the time we was there the sink was dirty. My pillow case was stained with something like blood. When I said I wasn’t happy they threw in a free breakfast. This hotel is not cheap in the slightest and l have stayed in much cheaper and lower star hotels for far less money and had clean rooms at the least. I also was led to believe if you had a room with a balcony you get tower view (I paid extra) but we faced a block of flats. It was a special treat for my daughters birthday and I was so Disappointed. I was told there were no other rooms available and that the rooms on the 7th floor had not been refurbished for over 5 years (that’s no excuse!) I expected to pay half of the amount for that room. Won’t be visiting there again. It looks like their response is poor on trip advisor to similar complainants. I don’t care if they share feedback money talks bull@@@t walks obviously I paid the same price as people with refurbished clean rooms without dirty bathrooms with stained floors and stained pillow cases. I have photos

If I was looking for a spectacular view, I would have selected a more economical hotel. Although the surrounding were extremely upscale, the staff was not quite and friendly.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the view of the Eiffel Tower and it was beautiful. It was an upscale hotel including upscale prices.

The property is understaffed and don’t care about the guests. They prediijuice you for booking through Bookings.com. They give preference to outside guests as they don’t take care of hotel guests. The New Year’s Eve party went on till 4:30 am. Everything is overpriced. They look at every opportunity to rob you.
