- hotel was dirty, hair everywhere - infestation of bugs - very rude staff - air con not working and fridge - noisy roadworks outside - poor dining choices - basic for the price - tv and phone wasn’t working properly - had to lean over balcony to see the tower properly

It is a crowded hotel with lots of conferences and check-ins (they are used by airlines) so expect a very busy reception and slow lifts. For the price, you’d expect a bit more privacy and less people. a good hotel nevertheless

The location and everything about the hotel were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I always want a bed that is comfortable. As for hosting - Ndehe was absolutely professional and warm and engaging and so thoughtful. I have never had a hostess at a hotel as wonderful as Ndehe. If she is not a manager she needs to be one for your hotel. I had a question about my room and she personally walked me to my room to show me the wonderful view Pullman had given my girlfriend and I. I asked the hotel for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower because I was celebrating my 655th birthday and they totally delivered! Thank you Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Tower. We had a blasttttt!

We were contacted about a noise complaint and the staff member was rude. Further, we were just two girls and all we were doing was talking so it was very odd to receive a noise complaint for that and to be spoken to rudely.

Bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom had much more counter space than I am used to in European hotels. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly timely like room service and luggage being delivered to room. It was wonderful that rooms were cleaned each day regardless of what time you left the room.

My room smelled of cigarettes. It was horrible. 6 nights. They said the hotel was full and I had to stay in that room. My clothes smelled like an ashtray every day. I had 2 rooms, over £7,000. They gave me a candle and chocolate for my inconvenience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They didn't consider that we were 3 people and when we arrived the bed and the stuff in the bathroom for the 3th person were missing but when we called they came immediately. There was a problem in the room and they moved us in another one .
