Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesWe stayed in the apartment with the Eiffel Tower view. The living room felt unfinished as there was nothing hanging on the wall. we had to balconies but only one had a sitting area. One balcony faced some parking garage entrance and the other that faced the tower you had to stick your head past the balancing and look far right to view it. Also, there were other unsightly things you would see from that balcony as well. There was mold in the shower, the shower leaked to the bathroom floor, there were MANY stains on the floor and some were actually sticky to the touch. We had to wear slippers while in the room just to feel clean. As one reviewer mentioned, this is like a car at a used lot. It looks nice and shiny from the outside but it doesn’t take much to realize that you did not get what you paid for. We paid almost $4,000 for 4 nights . The location is great but you can easily find a more well-established hotel (this one was redone about 15 years ago and got a new name) with a location close to the Eiffel Tower. I was duped by all of the great reviews online which I can only assume are not legitimate.
The location was amazing. We were able to save on hiring a vehicle since the location allowed us to easily walk everywhere..

New Zealandfor breakfast not many gluten green options. the Chefs should know what gluten free is and be able adapt and make something that I can eat. I asked them about an omelette being gluten free and they just pointed at the little corner where they had a few gluten free items. and I asked them again is the egg gluten free and they said no and just pointed at the corner. A normal omelette is generally gluten free and if not the chef should be able to make it for me.
the hotel was amazing very clean and great view from room of Eiffel Tower. Frame bar was amazing too and the staff were friendly and and easy to talk to. they made great cocktails.

South KoreaVery disappointed with how staff treated us as guests. We were on our honeymoon and previously we had requested for a higher floor with a balcony view but we got first floor so we were very disappointed. So we had requested for a change but they were not even listening properly and registering us as the hotelier did not respond to what we were saying and continued with other work. Next day morning we went to check with the manager and he had no clue what we had requested from previous day’s manager (Alein). He went and checked and came back to us and said your parner was crying so we are giving you a higher floor. Found this very uncomfortable to listen to so told him to not say word crying but went on to repeat himself three more times. I have never experienced and interacted with hotel staff like this. Our experience could have been way better. I would not visit again or recommend this place.
The location was super convenient as it is near the Eiffel tower. I could understand all the couples would want the balcony with the eiffel view. Bed was comfortable and room was quite spacious. Facility was good but the worst thing about the hotel was the staff and services. Really disappointed.

AustraliaThere was only one receptionist handling check ins and outs- waiting time was a little long.
We had the best view of the Eiffel tower. Location wise- Exceptional- Only 4mins walk to the Eiffel tower. The staff were really friendly and kind! Especially Dylan who checked me in, he was super helpful and easy to talk to. Pullman also delivered a happy honeymoon card which surprised us. Simple gestures like this show that they really care for their customers. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Definitely worth every bucks. A must stay if you're in Paris.

United KingdomI felt like there were a lot of hidden costs which I felt blind sided by, for example we had breakfast included in our stay so we thought we’d pay for room service to have the breakfast in our rooms. We ordered from the side of the menu which didn’t have any price on it however, we ended up getting charged for things such as eggs. So definitely be careful and double check things.
I loved the room and the view of course, the tv allows you to stream Netflix’s and stuff from your phone which was great

United KingdomEDIT - This review is currently pending. Pullman hotel have reached out to me directly to aplogise and have offered me an alternative date, after booking.com has failed to help. So, The Pullman hotel itself has had fantastic customer service. Ill review the stay here seperate once i arrive in May. --------------------------------------------------- PENDING REVIEW --------------------------------------------------------- Everything. I have not been able to actual go to this hotel, simply due to the fact that there has been little help from either Booking.com or the venue. My train got cancelled due to strikes in France. No problem, ill just re-arrange the date for a future date. Speaking to the Pullman, they refer me to Booking.com to change the dates. Speaking to Booking.com, they tell me that they are trying to get in contact with the pullman for alternative dates and have yet to confirm anything back to me. This matter has taken over 5 days to resolve. This negative review, among otherwise, will be staying here until this matter has been resolved in either A) A full refund to myself or B) A simple, easy change of date. (My prefered option). I am hoping that this might get some attention, as i am seldom getting it currently.

United StatesThis hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room smell like mildew and the carpet needs to be replaced. This hotel is a overpriced Holiday inn. I know that it is winter but the garden seems to be neglected for a while. I will not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is the location and the lobby of hotel.

RomaniaWe spent a wonderful time staying in a room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower on the 10th floor. The services were perfect, a significant plus was the staff who made our stay wonderful. Although we arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time, the staff at the reception (SAFIA) was very kind and offered us the room at the time of arrival as it was already prepared. SAFIA was very friendly and gave us all the necessary details for a pleasant stay. Also on the 10th floor, CLAUDE was very kind and even though the terrace was closed to the public, he allowed us to take some photos with the spectacular view from the terrace of the bar on that floor, located in the corner of the building with a unique view. Moreover, being a couple, CLAUDE took us some photos. At the FRAME hotel restaurant, lunch was served to us by NATHAN who was very kind and explained everything we were interested in. The stay was perfect, we will definitely come back, being the ideal choice for a city break in the heart of PARIS. PS: Thanks to the PULLMAN PARIS TOUR EIFFEL HOTEL for hospitality and professionalism! You are lucky to have employees like SAFIA, CLAUDE & NATHAN.

United StatesBreakfast was mediocre compared to a boutique hotel I stayed at in the same area, that serves the tastiest cheeses and breakfast items I’ve tried in France. Pullmans lacked that flavor and you had to squeeze your fresh squeezed orange juice.
Eiffel Tower view deserves a 10/10. But, that’s all you’re really paying for. Rooms are modern though a staff are always busy and so is the elevator queue.

United KingdomDo be mindful the walls are thin so noise may be heard.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days for my mother birthday, and I cannot recommend this place enough! To start the location is perfect, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the metro and access to buses are all around. Not to mention the Eiffel tower feels like it is on your doorstep again a 5 min walk across the street. Every important sightseeing location is within a 30-minute access we walked from Champ Elysees to the hotel in less than 30 minutes, if the weather is great, it is ideal for strolls and walking around the beautiful city. Now to speak about the hotel itself, which was clean and smoothly run. The room was so clean and there were no issues in that respect. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful and made the whole experience that much better. From check in reception employees to the managers. I would like to take a moment to shout out to the management team of the hotel… who gave exceptional service. Upon my first night we had an issue with a guest next door who was quite unpleasant and disrespectful. The issue started at 1:00am and the evening manager did all in his capacity to rectify this. The following morning the day management team we’re every apologetic and told us they would sort this out. We were upgraded to the 9th floor and upon entering the room management had left us a very endearing card, chocolates, flowers and much more. I would like to say a special and big thank you to ALBERTO!!! Who by the way if you get the chance to meet is an absolute gem! On my mother’s birthday we came with balloons, cake, drinks and music to celebrate. This very moment will stay with us forever as it was so sweet, it truly made up for the horrible start at the beginning. Also, Morgane as she made reservations for us at the Terrace with complimentary drinks, which was very thoughtful. As reservations need to be made weeks in advance.
