The staffs are not helpful, we asked for dental kit, and they asked us to collect it by ourselves at the reception . We wanted to borrow wine glass, and they said it is not free. So weird

the staff were rude, when we turned up we had to wait 40 minutes in the queue to check in - I requested early check in and was told to come back at 12 for my key, I came back at 12 and a different person was really rude and told me check in is at 3 and there’s nothing he can do and that I must’ve lied about someone saying I could check in at 12. the balcony and room were unclean and dated, some of the furniture was broken there was a light show which meant flashing lights on the balcony every hour both days, which gave my partner a bad headache. we asked reception how to turn them off and he just said he was new and didn’t know what we were talking about we waited 50 minutes to check out and still weren’t seen so we just left our keys and we left. we were then double charged for our stay and had to wait a couple days to get it back overall I’m so disappointed we even stayed here, for the price we paid it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Not a kids friendly place. Pullman Eiffel website promotes special services for kids...We asked for it...but the staff was not aware of those special services for kids...and a manager said they dont do it anymore... well, this is still on their website and that made us excited to go there instead of other hotels. They advertise" "We’ve designed a range of services for children, with a day-care center, a personalized welcome with a special family counter and a transfer to your room or suite in a small electric vehicle. " All that is not true. All that does not exist. No day-care center, no kids club, no electric vehicle... We arrived on early morning with our 2 toddlers and we did not receive any specific attention for kids. The concierge could not guide us neither and he recommended us activities for...teenagers...not for kids under 5 yo. Last but not least, the kids menu for in room dining is very poor, and very expensive... 21 EUR for basic pasta (not homemade, nothing special, really basic pasta you can buy yourself for 2 EUR per kg). Other things: - our 5:15AM wake up call was given...at 6:00AM - No help to carry our luggage at check-out The overall experience was not chaotic, location is good, view is nice, but there were a big disappointment that what was advertised was 100% fake, existent regarding specific attention to kids.

Sewage smell in the room for the price paid is unacceptable and is never expected. Room service expecting 5 euros to bring in an empty wine glass on the day of my wife’s birthday is the most horrible experience and disappointing feeling after paying around 500 euros for one night. I have had worst experience all across Europe. Very unpleasant experience. Will never recommend this place.

The view & the location was very good. But the staff looks like they are not paid well to be nice to the guests. No information during the check in. They just looked at my wife and I as if we are staying there for free. They were probably only thinking how to take extra money.

Paris was our last stop on a Euro vacation to celebrate our engagement. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel to end the trip. We even took our engagement photos on the balcony of our room. :)

Dirty towel, dirty room. You could see the food leftover from the previous tourist at the balcony. The staff is not helpful. We ordered dinning service but the staff was not willing to help to set up the table at the balcony due to "cold weather".
