Unclean rooms, stain carpet with a horrible musky smell and unhelpful staff. Paid extra for an Eiffel Tower view room and what a joke that was, we would have to lean over the balcony to even see a sliver of the landmark. Will never stay again what a pitiful excuse for a supposed four star hotel.

Absolutely Nothing! We tried booking elsewhere so we wouldn’t have to stay, but unfortunately there was some sort of marathon and wine festival in the city and everything was booked up for our dates.

We ordered room with Tower view (one of the most expensive), but reality was not matching to the price of room: 1) View from room is not the same as it was on pics (pics - 7th floor, while on reality they gave us 2st floor and I saw ground near my balcony. I saw people on the street on the same level we lived) 2) Guy on reception was a bit rude explaining that "when I book a room I am not booking floor and I should consider by myself that room for 600 EUR/ per night can be different from those which are on booking pics"...Really?? 3) We stayed 2 night and both night neither reception nor room service was not answering on phone, so we could not order any food or drink delivery to room. In general hotel gave an impression of MacDonald's - business oriented on clients flow - each time it was tens people in lobby, tens arriving, tens going out. I like Mac in general but definitely when it cost like Mac...not like Michelin restaurant

The only thing I can criticize about the hotel is I wish they had a menu in the morning to order from besides just a Buffet. I also wish they would have offered French onion soup or any kind of soup, they have amazing chefs there.

The Pullman is an excellent location for your trip to Paris. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish I could say the same about the taxi drivers there. we ate at the hotel several times and the food was very good.

I asked them to welcome us by email & by my booking notes, as my husband and I are celebrating our birthdays in Paris, they did nothing, No cake, no flowers, or even A letter!! Also, one of the hotel workers who should help us in our luggage to put them in the car, he threw them in the street which was wet from the rain and he run away without saying sorry or take them to the car!!! definitely not coming to this hotel again and not recommend it to any one!

The only thing I liked is the location which is the direct view to Eiffel Tower.. nothing else.. far away from the shopping district at the 8th arr

We booked for our honeymoon and we’re informed that to prepare some things such as some hotels by preparing a welcome card or bouquet or arranging the sheets, but that did not happen, and at the reception a lot of guests and only one employee to do the check in , with all this when it’s checked out I forgot my coat inside the closet then I contacted them about my coat and they did not do anything. They only told me that there is nothing. So far, no one has contacted me and did not ask about compensation, knowing that my coat is very expensive it’s by alexander wang . I demand to open the cameras and check with the room service or compensation

Our room wasn't ready at check-in time, but we really appreciated the incredible room they gave us. The room we booked was expensive, but since this was a special occasion, it was well worth it to us.

If you're looking for the best hotel view of the Eiffel Tower, this is it! We splurged on a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and it was amazing! We would watch the nightly light show from the comfort of our room. The hotel staff was so kind to decorate our room with heart shaped balloons and rose petals since I mentioned that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and was hoping to do something for my husband. It was such a wonderful surprise! We loved the modern, clean and spacious rooms. Location was good with restaurants and stores close by and of course you're a few minutes away from the Eiffel Tower! Rue Cler with restaurants, shops and a few small fruit markets is about a 15 minute walk. Thank you Pullman hotel for making our 25th anniversary so special and memorable!

Check-In Service till about 16:00 The room is near the street, so noisy. The Bathroom facilities are too old. Pay only for the view.
