The location, of course, was great. Having an eiffel tower view room really is worth the extra charge, it made our trip very special. The staff were lovely and catered to our every need - one in particular ensured we could move rooms to a higher level for a better view of the landmark on our penultimate night.

Room was a tad small for price but still worth it in terms of cleanliness, location, and room amenities. The bar area closed a little early for our liking.

LOVED our room as it had a partial view of the tower, was modern, and central to many attractions that we wanted to visit. It was an easy location to order an uber and get around town, or walk if we needed to.

Room service,.responding to request.quickly. supplying cleaner bathroom towels and washcloths. They were abit dingy not real white!

Breakfast was great! Hospitality of front desk could be better especially check in. Rooms were clean but not enough wash cloths daily. Room service over the phone was inadequate. Requests not responded to. Need more water in room refrigerator daily. Room staff should try more to speak English. Responses like No English appeared rude on floors when requesting service.

Staff not good on check in Tried to get me to pay again when I knew I had paid and my booking showed I’d paid. Fortunately I stood my ground but some would of paid again and then had the grief of getting your money back.

We requested an early check in well in advance, as we were travelling in to Paris on a morning train to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were we immediately welcome and taken to our room, we were also given a free upgrade to a suite. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

The phone stoped working so I couldn’t call room service. The mini bar wasn’t refilled the last couple of days. And the cleaning lady’s were just fixing the bed.

We had a deluxe room with Eiffel tower view - the view was great but the room was average with limited closet space. At night, the room was too hot and stuffy (we used the AC but it did not cool down, so we opened the balcony door to get some breeze, got the noise from the playing field as well). Breakfast was buffet style, being in France I was surprised at the limited choice of baguette, cheese or charcuterie, no petits pains… Room service was quick but the food disappointing.

Great location to reach the main attractions, right next to the Eiffel tower. Staff very friendly and forthcoming. Nice atmosphere during dinner at Frame brasserie.

The overcharge on the Eiffel Tower view. We had to fork out additional 100 euros per night to change our room.

Great view. Great location. Even though we couldn’t check in when we needed, staff helped us check in 45 minutes early, and we were able to rest comfortably in the basement and charge our phones while we waited for our room to be ready.
