The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were awful they need to be replaced with something of a better quality, I did ask at reception if they could replace them but they seemed to have forgotten. not surprising really , just lip service as usual . And last but just as important, the tea bags they used took about 10 minutes to brew even then they produced a very weak cup of tea . coffee over brewed and came mostly Luke warm .

We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and from other rooms. The staff are a bit aggressive and not friendly enough. I suggest smile at least! Not feeling comfortable talking to them.

The best part of my trip was the breakfast. There are a variety of food, bread, pastry, drinks, etc. The room is clean. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower.

Being in Paris for Bastille day my room had a direct uninterrupted view of the fireworks, traveling alone I had access to great cafes, shops and the hop on hop off bus as well as the seine river cruises.

My television and tablet was not working throughout the entire stay, approached the staffs for at least 4 times but only managed to fix the tablet. Attitude of the staffs were great but no one is providing a solution or offer to change my room. Booked 2 rooms with balcony, was placed in level 1 and 9, which made it very difficult for us. Other than this 2 issues, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location and the view were impeccable. We were very impressed with the overall experience in Pullman since this is the second 4 stars hotel we stayed in Paris. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Room size are big and clean compared to other 4 stars hotel in Paris.

The breakfast is a bit expensive -- $35 per head. The variety in breakfast is great, but $35 I felt was too high. In general, the value for money is not great at the hotel. I expect this is due to the great location and peak tourist season, so overall we felt it was money worth spending. The staff at the front desk need to be better trained. They take a long time for check-in and check outs, and queues can form in the morning around check out time.

We stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights. The location was amazing -- a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower! The rooms were a good size, and we were able to get rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony.
