Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandToilet door doesn't really leave any room for imagination, it's paper thin and you can basically hear everything. Breakfast was in our opinion quite small (every option from the breakfast list you cross is served in tiny portions) so we were still hungry afterwards, though products are fresh and from the region.
The room is extremely stylish with attention to small details. It was very clean too. The view is as breathtaking as advertised. There is everything in the room you could need: a Nespresso machine with capsules, a bottle of water, tea bags with a tea kettle, a fridge, a small table with 2 chairs, lots of sockets, a terasse. Bonus: l'occitane cosmetic was a pleasant surprise! The owner is very friendly, we felt welcomed and had overall positive experience.

United KingdomI always use a filter for bookings which is private parking and pet friendly. So this place came up while we were driving from Italy to France and then further to Spain. I called the B&B directly to double check that they accept a big dog and spoke to a French lady who said that they accept the big dog. I also asked if the private parking is big enough for our big car ( a SUV ) and she said yes. When we arrived there we could not find the place so we called again, spoke to the same French lady and she said that we can park in the street! There was no private parking! I explained that it is not possible for us to leave the car outside as we have valuable items in the car. So she actually agreed that she would accept our cancellation. It was a Sunday and the place would have not been booked anyway she said! When I called the first time and the second time the call was on loudspeaker in the car so everyone heard and witnessed the conversation. We now received an email from Booking mentioning that that the owner of the B&V refused to agree on the cancellation. Also, why her B&B came up on my search even though I used the filter private parking and pet friendly remains a mistery so BOOKING has to answer that! We were in the car while doing all this, the booking and the calls and we relied on the information given to us by this French lady. It was a total nightmare that we had to find a last minute pet friendly place with private parking especially as the dog was getting tired. We had to drive further to Perpignan to find a place to sleep. It still amazes me how people believe they can get away with this trying to damage others financially and also putting people and a dog in such dire situation. I guess what can you expect from someone who request guest check in at 17:30 and a check out by 10 am. A standard check in time is never later than 16:00.
