“Location. Safety and security of the property. Easy check in. Fast Wi-Fi . Great shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbors. Peaceful sleep as the bedroom is at the back of the property.Host always available ready to address issues. Had an issue with saucepans and they replaced them quickly. We initially booked for 10 days and got a reduced rate. Extended for further one week although the price was a lot higher. The area is great with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. West Finchley station less than 10 minutes walk. Bus stop outside the property. We got a complimentary pack of toiletries. In the kitchen there were coffee both instant and for brewing, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil , honey etc. Although not full bottles/jars still very useful. To open the washing machine door fully one needs to open the freezer door. The garden is an added bonus. We were allowed to check in half an hour earlier.”
