beautiful and spacious has all the cooking facilities. this is the second time I've stayed in this caravan. it's in a quiet area. close to Woody's bar and restaurant also shops and arcades for my 2 year old granddaughter.

There was nothing to dislike. Enjoyable stay

The caravan is comfortable and beautiful, very relaxing. Everything is provided they really have thought about what people would possibly need for their stay. The onsite shop is very close to the caravan. Pubs Shops Amusements and the beach are within a 10 minutes walk. Fantasies island just a 15 minutes walk .Woody's bar and restaurant is literally a couple of minutes walk. Excellent location. Near to the farm and the trampoline park. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Had a lovely time. Everyone on the site was friendly

The location of the caravan site was brilliant,near Fantasy Island and my niece enjoyed getting the Seasiders buses which all have different names & badges to collect. Andy was brilliant & gave clear directions & instructions to access the property using the key code. He left a big jar of sweets which I thought was a lovely touch which my niece especially enjoyed.The caravan was very modern & very clean & looked exactly like the photos.

I enjoyed everything about the stay at the concept caravan! So peaceful and relaxing! It was such a comfortable stay! Everything immaculately clean and modern! The bed was super comfortable to! My girls absolutely loved staying here! I suffer anxiety with to much around, but the stay here made me feel at home! Thank you!

The caravan was clean and tidy, had everything you needed to make for a comfortable stay.. Very close to the shop and Woodys bar only a 15 minute walk to Pleasure Beach either by road or on the beech. Overall could not ask for a better place to stay in Ingoldmells.

The smoke alarm beeped throughout our stay which was a pain especially at night. The mattress cover had marks on it but we did take our own bedding so it was covered up thankfully. The blinds were not secure for a toddler and baby to be around - the cords hung down and were accessible. The lamp cord in the dining area was exposed as it was on an extension lead and easy for children to reach. We accidentally left a new candle- some feathers and my daughters teeth retainer at the caravan but apparently the cleaner did not find them! I can understand the candle - maybe the feathers going ‘missing’ but seriously a teeth retainer as well is beyond my comprehension.

Pleasant caravan with a nice modern feel to it. All the necessary equipment is supplied for you to use during your stay. Caravan has a nice position overlooking grassland and a short distance from the beach and other attractions.

we didn't like that the owners was rude and abrupt we didn't appreciate being knocked awake at half 8 from a lady with bad attitude and unpleasantness the morning when the checkout time was 10am we will not return or recommend on that basis.

it was really comfortable it had everything we needed for a holiday also clean with nice modern furnishings.

Lovely and clean, felt so warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Absolutely immaculate and they went above any beyond to accommodate my last minute booking for a same day arrival. Also had some toys, games and even sweets to welcome our family!
