We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI have food allergies, so it was important to cook at the caravan. The oven didn't work, which made it difficult to cook. The site manager said he would get it fixed the next day, but this didn't happen. One of the duvets had stail blood stains on it, which was quite disgusting. There was no bathroom mirror, which was an inconvenience. The extra £30 charge for a small dog made the short stay away very expensive. Not good value for money. No refund was offered for the cooker not working and the soiled duvets. Shame as this was a good location.
The caravan was in a good location close to the beach. This was wonderful as I could walk there in the morning.

United KingdomThe caravan was inhabitable, as soon as you walked in the door it felt like the floor was going to go through it was extremely spongey and laminate had lifted from the dampness the bathroom floor was the same i did almost go through the floor, rust all over the shower too. the gas fire moved alot and was no safety check done on it or sticker displayed. Everything had massive chips in it and mould around the sink, cutlery and draw was dirty and so was the plates and bowls. None of the window latches shut down properly. And the whole place wasn't clean. Ruined the kids holiday and had to spend extra money to stay at a hotel and fight to get a refund as they kept refusing luckily i had took pictures and videos as soon as I entered the caravan as they did try saying its perfectly fine nothing is wrong with it, when I said I have picture and videos they said we will send someone to have a look and fix it. Fixing it isn't possible Would not recommend this place to anyone absolutely disgusting, how can you possibly think it ok to rent a property out in this state, this was plot 14
