We was originally put in a caravan what was very run down when we arrived it was dirty, bedding all stained smelt badly of dogs and damp, rusty fridge door/outside all rusty not liveable at all. False advertisement wasn't the caravan I booked on your site, so the owner put us in another caravan which also was very dirty and had to get clean bedding as they was stains and blood on the sheets again, me my mum and sister had to spend an hour cleaning before we could start our holiday,I wasn't happy at all as I booked the holiday for my mum's birthday.

We liked the location and facilities around us, local amenities close to the beach.

It was a little grubby when we went in the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped which is what I would have expected as we wasn’t aloud in until 2pm but had to be out for 10

Not advertised as one of McNevins budget caravans however when I called to raise issues regarding this property that is what I was told so please be very aware that their budget caravans also mean they haven’t had a thorough clean in between guests. Couldn’t use the main bedroom due to the smell of damp, we made a bed up on the floor in the living area (after having to sweep the rug and clean the floor ) as the sofas also looked like they hadn’t had a clean in a long while. Little things such as, having to clean all of the cutlery and the cups,plates bowls etc before use, the jam left on the cupboards, melted plastic cupboard wrap, peeling tiles and dirt in bathroom, the filth at the side of the fridge,none of the doors being clean and the kettle not being wiped down would have been completely overlooked if it wasn’t for a leak from the brand new shower which leaks into the master bedroom cupboard causing a terrible smell of damp and a very wet carpet. This also leaks through onto the outside which was addressed in a previous review and a response from the host seemed to imply the guests had been the ones to break it and it was now fixed which is definitely not true as it was still leaking during our stay. On the call I was told there was nothing we could do as the only other caravan they had available was a significant amount more than the £648 we paid for the week, we didn’t have the extra money to move so we just had to make do. I was then called back by Andy, after he had sent a cleaner who reported the issues back to him, and offered a full refund. Please be aware if he does offer you this he will not stick to his word, I was told on 31st July around 2:30pm I can stay at the caravan and be given a full refund expected in 7-10 days. The days had passed and looking on booking.

Have diferent caravan than book in. Don't have any information about this. Have a worse one different park location farest location than previous booked. Person who I contact is useless not helps anything just says like " take this or go" never again....

Everything was set out nicely for us. I liked the choice of blinds and curtains on the windows. Choice of dvd player and dvds as well as some books.

There's nothing to do with caravan that was great!! , but the onsite cafe brought a regular breakfast and a big breakfast with over £2 difference, and the only difference to the breakfast was a hash brown. Just be careful

The caravan was close to where we were attending birthday celebrations.

Was a lovely weekend away at a great price and collection of keys etc ran great. Thanks Andy & Sarah for a pleasant stay we will definitely use Mcnevin family caravans again.

When we arrived we didn't realise that the ground was water logged so we got stuck in the mud. Luckily the people on site helped pull us out using the tractor. Nothing wrong with the caravan itself though.

I like that the caravan was clean and walking distance to the arcades and beach. It was comfortable and kids enjoyed it. It was very cold in the caravan though but we made do with getting under the duvet to warm up.
