There was a packet of frozen meat left out in the kitchen which had defrosted when we arrived, unsure if that was left by cleaners or previous occupants. The bathroom had something around the bottom of the toilet that we ended up cleaning. There was issues with the water clogging in the shower - not draining, ended up being a clogged pipe, so we had to wait on someone coming the next morning. Then the pilot light went out on the boiler so we had to then wait to take a shower until someone came round to re-light it as the water was freezing. We also had to get a new gas bottle hooked up as that ran out. While these issues were unfortunate, they were unforeseeable and handled swiftly! Maybe it's just our luck 🤣

Location was amazing, close to everywhere you wanted to be. Owners were so lovely and responsive to all issues and ensured anything that went wrong was dealt with. Very quiet at night considering how close you are to the beach, bars and arcades. Everything within walking distance. It was kept to a good standard and rather modern for a caravan. We were able to park right next to the caravan so no worries about your car overnight.

Everything about our stay was great, the caravan facilities, easy to access the caravan site as the owners send a map and all the details how to get the keys etc and especially the location as I can't walk far. Everything was near such as the market and fantasy island etc.. This is the 3rd year running we have returned through this owners caravans....this one twice and another one near this site but this caravan is our favourite one.

There very loud neighbour next door there was girl on left hand side with her children fighting with her kids till early hours and it was loud and disturbing lool !! It was great help my kids where so tired

Loved everything! The caravan online looked lovely; I saw it and asked if I could have that one as I loved the decor etc and that's the one we got. I was so happy. I can't walk far without pain and getting breathless and the location made it possible for me to get about easily. Our family had a great time and I will definitely book again!

It was going great until the last day when the shower went cold after one person had showered. It was funny listening to everyone shower with cold water.

It is very spacious and clean. Superb location as its in walking distance to everywhere. Owner is great with communication. I would stay there again.

Booked with short notice and the van owners still couldn't have been more helpful. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The caravan was clean, secure and welcoming, clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Nice location with great access to local amenities.

Very noisey site music playing till gone 1 in the morning, wish I had been told this before booking. On arrival there were toys and buckets and spades and kites all over the veranda thought I’d got the wrong caravan at first. Caravan was very dusty.

the boiler had been turned off so we have no hot water or means to cook the first night…. was also a little cold… could do with an information pack how to use things as we had to keep texting the owner… also the cooker lighter was missing…
