Nothing it was great - if you want to use any of the onsite facilities you can just to the Parkdean reception and buy day passes just an FYI for future guests i.e. to use swimming pool for example.

The host thought of everything, had the essentials too so was nice to get in and have coffee before the chaos and excitement from the kids. Great location and very clean. Games for the kids and lots of dvd although the dvd player kept saying no disc so we couldn't get that working was probably just me. It was fine though as plenty choice on the tv. Plenty of utensils and pans for cooking and cleaning stuff in the cupboards too and some treats for the dog which was a nice touch x We all loved our little break. We will definitely book again.

The park had a lot of dog dirt lying around. We had dogs with us and always cleaned up. No idea why it was so bad. Trying to get food from the fish and chip shop was ... interesting. Staff struggled to get the order for two meals right, even though we were the only ones here. Trainee had to remind the person training him to put chips on our meals. When we got home and opened the food, my chicken nuggets had turned into scampi. Not a problem for us, but there could obviously have been serious consequences for anyone with a shellfish allergy.

The lodge was beautiful and the views are outstanding. Great location for exploring the area.

Stunning caravan, very modern, very clean, with everything you need. stunning view from patio doors, access to the beach right outside the caravan if you don’t mind a little climb down, if not main access to the beach is a 2 minute walk.

The walk to the parking space was a bit muddy as there isn't a pathway. We couldn't find any WiFi or router in the caravan but we had great data service so it wasn't an issue for us.

This was perfect for us, we have a dog and a baby so having the beach and footpath right on the doorstep for walks was so convenient. Such a beautiful location even in the middle of winter. The caravan is lovely and cosy with comfortable beds and great appliances! It has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again!

We lived in a static caravan while we built a house and said we’d never step in one again, however, this has completely changed our minds… The owner’s have thought of everything you need, it was spotlessly clean throughout, comfortable beds, all the modern amenities like a really good coffee machine, washing machine, TV with all the apps, info on local tourism and must see attractions. The caravan is right on the sea front and the views are far reaching. Just so happens to be right next to the gate that allows access onto the footpath either going left to Newbiggin or right to a lovely sandy beach. You really can’t go far wrong with this for a family holiday.

The holiday home is so modern with the bonus of looking over the sea, we had everything we could possibly need for our stay - even an airfryer! The place was absolutely spotless, cosy and such a lovely place to stay for a break away. We cannot wait to book to come back again!

Beautiful property right on the sea front. The property had everything you need and more. I can imagine this being a great spot in the summer to see the dolphins. Binoculars were also in there which was a great addition & great if you have children too, there was board games also. Very cute and cosy!! Would definitely stay again
