It wasn’t clean we had to clean counter tops, tables of food crumbs and floors had to be vacuumed before we could take our things in, no light in bathroom was reported Friday night wasn’t sorted till after 7pm Saturday for 6 people to shower to go out, not even 6 dinner plates or cooking utensils to eat together, broken waste bins plus no balcony which had been requested

It was comfortable, in a great location due to our disabilities

The ash tray was full when we got there, there was a broken beer bottle under the caravan near the steps. No net curtains in the 2 single rooms. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay

The only thing we found not to be working was the cold water tap in the main bathroom which wasn’t too much of a problem as we had a 2nd basin to use

I recently had an amazing vacation in a caravan that exceeded all my expectations. The caravan was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, from pots and utensils to an oven, microwave, air fryer, and freezer. The cleanliness of the caravan was impeccable, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the caravan couldn't have been better. With easy access to the road, it was just a 2-minute walk away. The convenience continued with nearby arcades for kids and various food shops. Additionally, the proximity to the beautiful Ingoldmells beach, just a 5-minute stroll away, added to the overall experience. For those looking to explore further, Skegness was just a 15-minute drive, offering more opportunities to enjoy the area. The availability of an amusement park, only a 5-minute drive away, provided additional entertainment options for the whole family. I was also highly impressed with the responsiveness of the Coastfield team. Their support was easily accessible, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or help that was needed. This level of customer service truly enhanced the overall quality of the vacation.

The Ants 🐜 were pests the ants cabs card fitted in well. ingoldmells must be well known for them.

Location was great right next to the beach plenty to do around the area. Fantasy island is just a short walk away. The caravan is well kitted out & clean

Things were left behind from people that stayed previously, company contacted with no response.

We had a short stay for the weekend, it was a great site and close to everything that you need. There was a couple of problems with things that had been left behind by other people that had stayed previously, company contacted with no response.

The heater did not work in the master bedroom so was very cold, had to put a quilt over the mattress as mattress very uncomfortable, the caravan is very tired, we could not shower as my 14 year old Grandson got into the shower and it runs scolding hot then cold then hot again, my grandson ended up with burns, so none of us showered after this, such a shame if only love was put into the caravan it would of been an even better mini break

The location was perfect, I originally booked for the 2 nights, Fri and sat i arranged with the caravan to stay later on the Sunday so paid for another night so could leave later so no rushing around on the Sunday morning,

Heater wasn't working in main bedroom, shed behind caravan was broken and woke up our young boys and scared them. Not clean when we arrived, double bed slats were broken. Mould on the curtains.

The cleanliness of the van was really only 7/10. There were a few obvious spots that had been missed. It wouldn’t bother most people but really that’s all I could fault.

The van was adequate for what my family and I needed it for. The location on the site was good and it was well equipped. Loved having two toilets which was brilliant with four adults and two children. Great having a cordless vacuum in the caravan too.
