I was at the back of the property in a non sea facing room and there was a club/bar that was playing loud music late on Saturday night. Fell fast asleep once the ear plugs were in!

I had a single room which had all I needed in it and was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. It’s brilliantly located in between Hastings Old Town and St Leonard’s, a stones throw from the pier. Great communication with regard to check-in and any staff I met were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and cosy. The Host looks after her guests. We did have room upgrade for free. Really clean room with balcony and lovely sea view. Highly recommended 👌

The hotel is on the sea front, close to the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the manager on duty was really helpful. It makes such a difference having ensuite bathrooms and the mini fridge was a nice touch.

Stairs to second floor room but managed.

On the SEAFRONT but room was not facing. Quite at night. Good TV. Good shower in my double room.

Difficult to find first time, a basic route map from the train station would have been good. I assumed at least one meal would be included, but that was my mistake for not checking. I would have had breakfast if breakfast time had been longer to accommodate not so early risers.

The view, peaceful (apart from traffic noise) friendly, relaxing, very nice decor, cleanliness.

Wasn't aware that we had to pay extra for breakfast and had to book, missed out one morning. Also our room was opposite a night club that didn't close until 6am! Very loud!

Not everyone will like the stairs, but I got used to them! The room can get a little warm - the evening sun shines into its window - so may be worth getting hold of a fan if you're going to bed early.

Fantastic location right on the seafront - close to (new) town centre shops and station, easy walk to the old town and to St Leonard's. Stayed in a single room right at the top of the hotel - a little attic room, bed was okay with a great shower (in a very compact bathroom). Great and very friendly manager. A really good bargain for a trip to the seaside.

Due to the design of the building, climbing 3 flights of stairs to access the room was quite a task, but there isn't much the proprietor can do about this.

Nothing really to complain about. It was a lovely room and we enjoyed our stay. I would return.

Lovely hotel in a great location with sea views and balcony. Decent sized room with a modern bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Hotel also offer a self-check-in service which proved useful as I couldn't guarantee a check in time.
