Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLoved this older building flat. Very central and local facilities immediately on hand. Convenient and well Placed. Well equipped and furnished. Cosy clean and suited our family needs. Wouldn’t recommend for small children or those with mobility needs die to access.

United KingdomWhile the bathroom is perfectly functional, it would benefit from a refurbishment.
Its location is excellent, it’s spacious and it’s well equipped. Views from the sitting room and front bedroom are excellent. Beds are comfortable and the shower is good. There was a problem with the heating on arrival which was sorted within 10 minutes of contacting the owner. The property app is useful and also contains relevant information local to Anstruther. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance of the property.

United KingdomWhilst a car park across the road it was busy when we first arrived and then we had to get all our luggage from the car and up the stairs! I could imagine in the more popular months parking could be an issue? Not many restaurants open on a Monday/Tuesday night in early October...but we ended up with an amazing local fish platter!

United Kingdombathroom door did not close. it needs shaving off the bottom a little, then it'll be fine. lights on the mirror not working. perhaps a washing up bowl for the sink would help. needed to very careful washing up glasses in a stainless steel sink.
couldn't have been a better location, central overlooking the harbour! i think most household items were there that we needed for our 4 night stay.
