Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe top floor room could be a hike with stairs and luggage or taking coffee to room No tea and coffee maker in room, you help yourself in reception. Prime time at breakfast causes a wait to get a table. Some guests seem to miss the point its polite to wait your turn. (Not hotels fault. )
Great location for Victoria Stations. Bright property. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Great staff. Kind, cheerful and helpful. Nice toiletries, from reception. Good coffee machine in reception Good quality towels. Good shower. Large wardrobe. Good wifi.

United KingdomThere's nothing to not like really. I'm not going to complain about room decor or finishes. These places are maintained by a small team of people with very little time to turn things around. The cleanliness was as good as you can ask. Unless you leave the card on the door, room staff will arrive, empty bins, make the bed and change towels if you leave them in the shower. Otherwise not much to complain about
Breakfast. The English breakfast was fab. There's cereals, fruit and yoghurt available before you eat if you want. The food was cooked well and was ready within 10 mins of ordering. The bed was super comfortable. Great sleeps. The location was nice and local to Victoria Station. Some great local pubs and restaurant nearby to. We did have an issue on arrival, but the lady, Alba, who was on front for arrival of guests was immensely helpful and went above and beyond. She was very attentive to some of the small issues we came across on our departure so they could be dealt with for the next guests.

The breakfast was really nice and presented well. The location of the room was not what we expected as outside the window was where they had a smoking area. The bathroom shower went hot and cold and the whole bathroom was very compact.
