Everything was perfect. I can't fault this hotel at all. Very impressed indeed.

Staff were lovely. Great location, food was fantastic too...I would highly recommend...

Not much to say here. Can't think of anything

This Hotel exceeded our expectations with the facilities on offer, and the friendliness and politeness of the staff who were on hand to assist us with whatever needs we had. The Room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed, and offered a fitted unit for tea coffee facilites etc. The Bathroom had a spacious walk in Shower. The food was excellent and a good menu to choose from each evening in the Restaurant, which overlooked the Garden. Breakfast was served informally with a Self Service Buffet. The gardens were attractively laid out, and good for a short relaxing stroll in them. A very well equipped spa was provided, with a beautiful swimming pool which we unfortunately did not use.

The booking was for 2 rooms but they were on different floors. I had expected us to be close by each other. The room I occupies was described as Deluxe King Room. Comfortable but small for Deluxe. Expensive at £264 for one person for 2 nights plus breakfast at £15 per day. On day one the sausages were undercooked but everything else good. Day 2 the bacon was taken away after someone described it as green and had to wait a while for bacon and hash browns to be replenished. 13 of us (8 adults & 5 children) had Sunday lunch - food could only be described as OK - the food bill was £400.

Most things were of a good standard including the location, facilities and the staff who could not have been more helpful

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The property was clean and quiet, enjoyed the stay all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the pool to ourselves. The room was small but it didn’t matter as we didn’t stay in the room, the bed was comfy and liked that if you had forgotten anything reception would be able to give it to you. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. Relaxing spa, my friend made use of the gym, such a lovely comfortable room, amazing coffee, beautiful smells. I cannot rate this place highly enough. It was just what I needed - to be looked after by the amazing staff in a relaxing environment.

No jacuzzi. That's a must. Heated loungers couldn't see how they got heated or if automatic. No displayed information. That's needed though some info online

Staff were very helpful friendly and polite and welconing. Nothing seemed to much trouble. The spa is spotless.and amazing. Swimming pool sauna steam room. Having Starbucks at the bar ohhh instead of ne hunting for one was fantastic. There's so many plusses. Self service hair dryers and straighteners all ghd ones. Beautiful area to dry ur hair out yr make up on. Fresh cold water drinking fountains. Wet kit bags. Hotel all over shapoo bodywash in showers. Heating could adjust ans habe on whe uncqn. definitely be back

Location is very handy for an overnight break on the long route north. Staff, room, leisure facilities (especially the pool) are great. The new security barriers to the carpark are a great addition for peace of mind for your vehicle overnight.

Toiletries - seem cheap and nasty. I now bring my own shower gell and soap as dispensers hard to use (often empty) and not a pleasant product. Avoid the rooms by the lift due to noise.

The fact that I was not notified of the spa being refurbished, and was point to our trip. Had I known this in advance I simply would have cancelled. I don't appreciate driving hundreds of miles to be let down. Also your evening menu was very limited

Trying to hard to think of a negative just for balance but unfortunately i can't.

First time staying at Barton Manor (16/03/23) and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The whole hotel was really well presented throughout. Clean, tidy, décor looked modern and clearly some effort goes into the upkeep. The room, while a little on the cosy side perhaps was in great condition, comfortable & tidy with all the facilities needed. Used the leisure facilities in the evening and the following morning which were great. The gym had a little bit of everything (cardio kit & free weights), all looked fairly new and well kept equipment. The pool, steam & sauna was also excellent and not too crowded either. The food in the evening was faultless, great selection and very well presented. Friendly and efficient service too. Breakfast the following morning was also fantastic, they took a bespoke cooked breakfast order with no trouble at all and it came out to perfection. Smooth check in/check out process and friendly faces around the building throughout. Only downside was I was only staying for one night !

Rooms overpriced. when booked, planned to use the spa and have beauty treatments. treatment rooms been out of use for 2 months. spa was main reason for booking. Attended function but performer asked to turn down music at 10pm as Stoke footballers were staying in rooms and needed rest. Food at event was poor. Bar was card only and we came with cash to budget spend. Rooms so small for the price. Will return to holiday inn next time, rooms are bigger and cheaper. Beds are bigger. Breakfast is better.

Very easy check in & check out, beautiful place with welcoming rooms, and check-out isnt until 11am so you dont have to get up too early hahaha. This was our third time staying here, I think it’s our go-to hotel when staying in Preston, parking also feels very secure. The staff are always really helpful and friendly too.

Bed could have been bigger and firmer. Drinks selection was poor compared with the food. First question I asked, can I get a Bloody Mary…answer ‘ I can’t do those’. I did like the honesty but a few basic/classic cocktails wouldn’t go amiss.

great property, lovely grounds, friendly staff, pizza was great. pool/sauna etc lovely. the sign in the pool made us laugh saying it’s a funny shaped pool not a jacuzzi!
