We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHouse could be cleaner from the building work that had been done. Bedroom space could be bigger. Room door handle broke informed host it was left broken. At times bad odour from shower drainage had to use odour eliminator.
Location is great close to arrange of local shops. The hosts are friendly and living in the property. Was able to use the washing mean to wash my clothes. Self contained single bedroom with newly fitted nice shower and toilet room. Cheapest 4wks stay with parking self contained bedroom at time of booking.

United KingdomWasn't expecting that there will be renovation. Wasn't able to lock (even properly close) the door in my room. Kitchen wasn't nice, because it was temporary, next kitchen will be really beautiful. I couldn't park in the car park (which was in the description) because there was renovation rubbish. But there was a space to park the car on the pathway what saved the situation.
People very nice, location is close to arena (which was my destination).

PakistanThe room size was the only thing that i didnot like. it may also my own mistake to choose the wrong room. coz there were more than one rooms in the property. So, while booking please choose the bigger room not the smallets one.
Well, i was on a business trip and had to visit expo so the location was much ok. it took me 10 mints walk to the expo centre. there were several food options around the property. found a post office as well very near which helped me to post some things to a friend. over all, i am satisfied for the services which i paid.

The host is very wicked and very inconsiderate fellow h have ever met in my history of booking.com. The host literally gave my room out to another client without prior cancellation from me or himself. He said it’s his property and he can do whatever he wants. He literally stood me out in the door and refused me entry into the property because someone else has paid him for my room for 1night.. never visit this property if you want somewhere to stay around Coventry
