It was very noisy at night, the windows seemed to be letting in alot of noise so hard to sleep. Curtains were really thin so very bright at night, also ensuite shower bracket and door were broken and need fixing. Needs a general spruce up

The carpet was very dirty - a glaring contrast to the hard surfaces that were spotless. The blankets and throws on the couch smelled awful - either put away wet or unwashed. The bed was very uncomfortable for an older, plus sized woman. Might have been fine for a younger person. No toaster- a bit silly, but tea and toast after a cold walk would have been lovely.

Great location for a show at Wembley. There are plenty of grocery options as well as an amazing Oriental Grocery and Foodhall, literally across the road. As a solo older female traveller, I felt safe and secure. The owner provided small space heaters, and as someone who is ALWAYS cold, I can honestly say I was so warm and toasty. Much appreciated on the rainy cold days I was there. The hard surfaces in the flat were spotless-amazingly clean. The soft surfaces are part of my dislikes, unfortunately.

Too much scent diffuser caused a little irritate to my eyes. kitchen utensils not very clean we need to wash them before use.

Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, car parking available, pet friendly without charge, all together made it a perfect match to our needs.

Shower was set on a holder which was at sitting height, would be useful if there was a mount to have the shower head at the right height when standing. Could do with a lamp in the bedroom.

Very homely apartment, well furnished and decorated. Lots of things such as toothpaste, shampoo, soap are available in the apartment which is a very nice touch. Secure parking. Good friendly easy to use check in service.

This apartment is so spacious and welcoming! Warm and unique decor, and in the perfect location for my needs - a short walk to Colindale tube station and an even shorter walk to some large supermarkets.

The old carpet was not very clean but the rest of the apartment was very clean. Getting the keys was also an unusual process. We were checking in late at night and started getting messages from an unknown number on WhatsApp asking us to meet somewhere to hand off the keys. It did not seem very legit. However, the man did end up meeting us and giving us the keys and it worked out just fine.

Large, comfortable apartment with big windows and lots of light is a great place for a couple enjoying London. It has a well equipped kitchen and a washer as well as a dishwasher, which is a plus in London. The stove also has an oven, which is lovely. No coffee maker that we found, but lots of shopping and cafes in the area and many options for instant coffee at the store. The furniture is comfortable and clean and the living room/kitchen is roomy. Wi-Fi works really well.

Only thing that was a negative was it states there is a garden but there is not, I couldn’t get the heating to work but if I texted them and asked I know i would have got help if it could have been fixed but it didn’t bother me.

Communication with the host was amazing! they even catered for me picking up the flat keys and free parking permit at 9am even though they don’t usually let people check in until 3pm. Flat was very spacious and clean and your car is safe is it is in a gated parking area! Lots of utensils in the kitchen although no toaster :( but it felt very homely and comfortable

We didn’t have hot water at first but this was quickly resolved
