My room overlooked a street and the property next door could see straight into the room

the selling point for this pub is the amazing view that you have with breakfast (and if you eat in the restaurant in the evening for supper!) There are few better views in the country.

James, the Manager, and his Team offer exceptional service every time we visit. I run a Team of 40 staff but I have never experienced such a happy Team where nothing is too much trouble - they are all clearly enjoying their working environment - a big Thank you from Scott & Louise!

Noise early morning from the recycling lorries. The sound of so much glass was very loud. However I am a recycling queen so do appreciate it has to be done.

The room was quite cold with no heating on when we were there so it was quite freezing during the night. And i feel the entrance of the hotel is a bit awkward by walking through a pub / outdoor stairs

The size of the room is bigger than i expected, big comfy bed. Convenient with Parking lot nearby and central to main walking street

Great location, wonderful views, and brilliant to be right there where everything is going on, and yet my bedroom was very quiet (it was a Monday and Tuesday night though!), and private. Really liked the recently refurbished rooms, contemporary and stylish, with great attention to detail (the old prints and postcards of Falmouth are very evocative). Generally very happy with everything!

Proper pub. Quay side location. Plenty of room. Lovely room with great shower, views over the water. Great bar with well kept beers. Restaurant was fine. Good pub food with Cornish ales. Breakfast was off the scale. Brilliant. Great place to stay

Emily was a delight every morning for breakfast! Harry took our luggage up to our room after arriving from an exhausting g day of travel. The hotel was centrally located and very helpful in planning our days out and about!!!

Great central location overlooking the harbour. Beautiful decor, friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious. Great rooms with kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board if required. Brilliant views. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks

James, and Pip, and Daisy and the lovely wee cleaning lady were lovely. James could not help me enough - carried my luggage, no mean feat. Everyone made you feel really welcome.

Understandably there was no parking but there is a public carpark within walking distance.

The Chainlocker was in a fantastic location overlooking the harbour, having a great outside terrace and beautiful restaurant upstairs with amazing picture window. The rooms had been decorated and equipped to a high standard.
