There were some problems with the code to the room, but the staff resolved it quite quickly.

Comfortable and the PODs ensured more privacy. Great location, friendly staff, good value for money/ I'd stay here again.

I stayed in a room shared with other 3 people, but the bathroom was shared between, I suppose, 8 people. With only one toilet and 2 showers. And people are not good at cleaning after themselves.

There was a mixup with my bed number so my locker code didn't work. Even though i got to the hostel at 11pm, staff were super patient and helpful via whatsapp.

They say they offer laundry facilities but they only had a single washing machine which has a drying function and the drying function was broken during my stay! Also these self drying washing machines never dry properly anyway. Furthermore, my locker code was not working on arrival and I had to call their other location to fix it. Lastly, the floor mat towels at the shower booths need to be replaced more often or replaced with a wooden platform.

Good location. It was fairly clean. I’d definitely stay again it just needs some minor improvements which I am outlining below.

I don’t have any particular remarks, I knew was to expect and am pretty satisfied.

The concept is great if you’re a solo traveller and need cost-effective accommodation and to meet some new people. You have enough privacy, the property was clean enough (could be better), but it was very warm and cozy. No issues whatsoever.

Truly enjoyed reading a book while having a hot cup of tea in the evening at the lounge area. The staff were all so so lovely. Very helpful with my luggage and recommendations of great coffee shops. I loved sleeping in the pod; very comfortable, private and warm.

The staff was friendly and helpful. You can meet new people. They offer free coffee and tea in the kitchen. Located On a corner of Princes Street. The bed was comfy and the curtains were a plus. The common zones smelled nice. They clean everything daily. You also have a locker in your room which makes you feel safe about your stuff.

Fact that there is no lift available. Carrying luggage all the way up was difficult.

The space in the room was amazing. The balcony was big and spacious. The room had all the amenities one would want. In detail, there were even spare AA batteries to use. The room heater and toilet heaters worked well. Storage facility. Friendly staff

There should be a vending machine to provide at least bottles of water. You have to leave the hostel and go to a shop to buy it.

The location is amazing. It is 3 minutes from the airport bus stop. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is surrounded by stores. It is just a few minutes' walk to sightseeing. On the floor I was staying on, there were two rooms, I imagine they were the same, with four beds in each. Although there was only one bathroom on the floor (2 showers, 1 toilet), I didn't have any problems because I only stayed one night, and since it was January, I imagine it wasn't at full capacity. I found the hostel to be very clean overall, especially the bathroom, which was spotlessly clean, with no sign of hair in the drain or mold in the corners of the walls.

The luck of a coffee table or a small table next to the armchair. The noise from the pub ventilation . The heating is turning off automatically at night ( we usually stay awake until late and it was cold) the mattress and the bed are not comfortable. The charge for extra towels they provide only one big and one for the floor per person. There is no wardrobe inside the room and the hallway has no heating where there was only a rail to hung on our jackets .

It was quite warm in the bedroom, even though nice when arrived from cold outside it seemed stuffy and difficult to breathe at some point unfortunately. And there was 1 bathroom for two whole rooms which seemed like not much.

Staff was super kind and attentive, each personal locker has a dial so no need for a lock. Saw they have hairdryers in each room and showers are comfy and personal even shared.
