Great location, super clean, ramp access so no need to worry about stairs with luggage. It’s a lovely flat! The host was so hospitable and communicated well, and even put water on the bed which was a lovely touch. Easy check in and out process, great access to Brixton and buses/tube to get around London. Would definitely stay again!!

The bathroom is adequate but a little tired looking.

The rooms are small but the shared kitchen/living area was good and very well equipped. It was quiet and although the tube stations are a little way off the buses (59 and 159) are near and very good for going into the centre and the Aldwych. There is a washing machine and a terrace in better weather.

The flat was immaculate, we were over the moon with the location ! If you ever go to the o2 at brixton this is a must have booking its so close its unreal, The flat was clean and tidy smelt lovely all the facilities were good the water bottles on the bed were a nice little touch ! We will defo use the property again, the host was nice and friendly when he popped in it was nice x

Tea and coffee is provided in the shared Kitchen but we couldn't find milk so maybe bring your own, this wasn't an issue though as there was a great café just round the corner

Perfect location, right near some cafes and pubs and places to eat. Really easy access due to the great communication from the really friendly owner. The place has a great relaxed homely vibe which made up feel really comfortable. We drove and found a great private parking space on Just park on Sidney Road, London, SW9 0TS which was a 4 minute walk from Cool place 02 academy. It is also only a 7 minute walk from the 02 academy which was great. Myself an Fiancée had a lovely 50 minute stroll to Big Ben, the Themes and the Palace which again was made possible by staying in such a great location. We have already spoken about coming back to stay here again. It was perfect for what we needed :)

Ok so admittedly the entryway makes it look a bit dodgy but the flat itself is lovely and very clean and the room itself was great with a heavenly lush bed. Great location and value. Thanks for a fab stay!

Location was perfect for a gig in the O2 academy in Brixton, only a 5 minute walk and a Co-op 2 minutes away handy for getting a few bits. Apartment was clean and easy to access, the room is comfy and shower was really good water pressure! Thanks Ronald

there were two other residents who left their stuff in the shared bathroom, knickers on the floor, make up bags on the sink, towels on the floor, clothes and shoes on the floor in the hall, roll up cigs on the door threshold.

instructions were good, found the place easily, room was spacious and clean, bottle of water was a nice touch, bed was good, tea and coffee facilities in a good clean kitchen.

The estate and area surrounding the flat is pretty rough and right outside is currently a construction site which I wasn’t aware of, the workers start drilling early in the morning so it’s best to take earbuds.

The flat is lovely. It was well stocked and even though I had bought stuff in anticipation, I found the flat had kitchen stuff and toiletries available to use. I really liked my room which was cosy and had a double bed and tv. It had storage space and was very clean. The host communicated well before hand and gave directions to the flat as well as directions how to get the keys.

It is on the flight path of the airport. I thought it would be too loud to sleep but everything quieted down at midnight

Spacious clean facilities and bedroom.Lovely furnishings. Great location (like a quiet nook just a stone's throw away from the High street and Brixton Market). Big supermarket just around the corner.

In the heart of stockwell, close to everything. Great room with all the amenities you need during an english summer. Would highly recommend if you are solo travelling, nice and quiet, great location, loved my stay.

Washed linens were left in the washing machine, it gives foul smell after a few days. My housemates could not stand it and brought the linens under the sun.

The owner provided a clean room with towels and toiletries. This is very helpful.

A little tricky getting safe open and slightly tricky getting main door open but once in amazing Hard not to make too much noise with keys
