We couldn’t fault anything about this hotel and will definitely go again. It is immaculate, modern and tastefully decorated. All the staff are helpful and friendly, doing their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We had the full Scottish breakfast and it was perfect. Our meal in the Cidsin Indian bistro was absolutely delicious and staff took time to talk through the menu with us. The restuarant had a wide range of drinks and a variety of gins and mixers to match, and they were beautifully presented. The view from our bedroom was beautiful. Our room was a bit on the small side especially the bathroom. Our friends had a much bigger room.

Clean room and bathroom ++ Very warm, helpful and lovely staff +++ (both hotel and restaurant) - we appreciated that it's a family-run hotel in which we can meet and greet the owners who also work alongside their staff Excellent home-made food and indian cuisine ++ (our warmest thanks again to the restaurant owner for being so adorably understanding regarding the spicy dishes !)

Hotel was great 👍🏼 we were going to theatre and was ideal as we were 7 and got the family and triple rooms which were perfect ,staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty of choice .The views from hotel were amazing only small point it’s a good 10 minutes uphill walk to hotel which we were aware of and enjoyed the walk however wouldn’t suit everyone but you get the view at top !

This 3 star hotel provides 5 star treatment, the small double room we stayed in was well worth the monies we paid and included an exceptional breakfast in terms of quality, service and freshly cooked to order. We ate in the restaurant in the evening of our stay and the Indian menu served was of the highest quality. Would highly recomend.

Everything was great! The room was so spacious, clean, new, it had everything that could be needed. The bed was so large and comfortable. The staff was really welcoming, and the traditional Scottish breakfast was simply delicious!

Would have been good if the restaurant had some bar meal choices instead of only Indian food which we did have for one night and was very good, but the second night we didn't want Indian food again.

From arrival speaking to the owner to the minute we left was a great experience. Lovely comfortable room, slept very well. Used the restaurant for dinner, Indian, gorgeous food. Breakfast perfect. Staff very attentive and pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Nothing to not like about the family owned hotel/restaurant. 4th time here and won't be our last.

Honestly cannot think of anything.

The hotel was in a lovely location, very central but very quiet. The staff were lovely, breakfast was really nice with a good amount of options. The room we stayed in was beautiful and was pleasantly surprised. Very modern, very clean and fresh. Plenty of parking as there is a car park at the side of the hotel and at the front.
